Because this country has a long history, many ancient tombs will be excavated all over China. In this ancient tomb, there are many priceless funerary objects. These bamboo slips to be introduced today come from an ancient tomb of the Han Dynasty. It is worth mentioning that the Han Dynasty is an extremely special existence in all previous dynasties. From the existing social customs, we can find that many people in China will call themselves "Han people". But I have never heard of China people calling themselves "Sui people", "Tang people" and "Qing people". It can be seen that the Han Dynasty had a great influence on later generations in China. Many historical materials and ancient books show that China developed very rapidly in the Han Dynasty, and even once became the country with the first comprehensive strength in the world. In order to catch a glimpse of the glory of the Han Dynasty, archaeologists in China have been searching for ancient tombs of the Han Dynasty, hoping to find more valuable historical information from them.
Many things happen. In the last century, archaeologists discovered the Han Tomb of Zhangjiashan in Jiangling City, Hubei Province. The scale of Han tombs is enormous. After a simple survey of the site, the experts thought that the situation of the cemetery was not suitable for immediate excavation, so they stopped for more than ten years before using more advanced equipment to conduct another survey and carry out protective excavation. 1983 65438+February, experts set up a team to excavate the ancient Han tomb in Zhangjiashan. It must be said that the scale of this ancient tomb is really huge, and the whole archaeological team spent two months excavating and exploring its overall appearance.
Surprisingly, however, there is no imaginary treasure in such a magnificent tomb. After two months of excavation, everyone harvested a pile of bamboo slips. However, in the eyes of archaeologists, bamboo slips are more valuable than rare treasures. Because there are straightforward written records on bamboo slips, there are few written records on so-called treasures. A large number of bamboo slips were unearthed from the Han tomb in Zhangjiashan. I counted it and found that there were thousands of bundles in total. In the archaeological history of China, it is a rare experience to find so many bamboo slips in ancient tombs.
In order to study bamboo slips more deeply, experts translated the above records and found that these bamboo slips recorded eight ancient books in China, including Lipu, Mai Shu, Shu Shu, Yin Shu, Two-year Law, Law Reform, Seal Script and Xiece. These books cover a wide range, from law to medicine, from military to calendar. This is of great help to the study of China's Han Dynasty history. What's even more surprising is that "Shu Pu" in eight books actually records the treatment methods of many diseases, which are hundreds of years more advanced than those in the world. After the news spread to western countries, many western scholars bluntly said, "This is impossible." However, the treatment method is clearly recorded in bamboo slips, and the denial of self-deception by western scholars is of little significance to our country.
It is worth mentioning that the "Two-year Law" contains 27 laws, such as death law, accusation law, recovery law and land law. Before the discovery of Zhangjiashan Han Tomb, archaeologists in China did not find so many Han decrees. These laws unearthed this time have filled the gaps in the history of Han Dynasty in China and are of great significance to the study of the history of China. Arithmetic Book is an ancient book about mathematics and the earliest ancient mathematics book in China. The world-famous Nine Chapters Arithmetic also appeared after it, so it can be said that Arithmetic Book laid the foundation for the development of ancient mathematics in China. There are 44 stolen plants in bamboo slips, which proves that Taoism led by Zhuangzi prevailed in Han Dynasty. Thus, the bamboo slips unearthed in Zhangjiashan have unique significance and value for the study of China.
