190 1 19 In May, Zheng was born in Zhengcun, Gaohu Township (now Shuangqiao Town), Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. He was sickly when he was a child. He entered a private school at the age of 9, and was admitted to Qiao Feng Dadong High School at the age of 12. After half a year, he transferred to Beixiang Public School, graduated with the first place, and was admitted to Zhejiang No.1 Middle School. Philology research

Study on Modern History of China

Zheng is also one of the pioneers in the study of China's modern history.
