There are six kinds of tea in China. Among them, green tea appeared the earliest, followed by black tea (contained in Tea Shu of Ming Dynasty-1524), white tea (contained in Min Heng's Boiling Springs Sketch-1524) and yellow tea (contained in Tea Shu of Ming Dynasty-1524). Black tea originated in16th century and first appeared in Fujian. There is a debate about the origin of green tea in academic circles. Some people say that in the Northern Song Dynasty, some people say that during the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty, it was more credible that it originated from black tea because it was between green tea and black tea.
