Introduction of Lizhai Tourist Scenic Spot
Lizhai Tourist Scenic Area is located in Lizhai Township, southwest of Zezhou County, Shanxi Province, 26 kilometers away from the urban area. Lizhai Township borders Yangcheng County in the west, and neighbors Nancun, Nanling, Zhoucun and Chuandi in the east, south and north respectively. There are 25 administrative villages and 67 natural villages in the township, with a population of 1.3 million and a land area of 8 1 km2. The unique natural environment in the territory has created many strange peaks and valleys; Qinhe, the second largest river in Shanxi, meanders like a jade belt and runs through it. Green mountains and clear waters, green trees and flowers, caves and temples are woven into attractive picture scrolls with infinite scenery. Nature is perfect, and the township party Committee and government have led the development and construction for many years. Lizhai Township has built a tourist area with a certain scale and characteristics. There are three scenic spots in the tourist area, namely "China's First Bay", "Seven Corners and Three Churches" and "Seven Dragons and Nine Women's Lakes", including more than 40 scenic spots.
