Rong Cheng's Bamboo Compendium

According to Li Ling's arrangement, the entire "Rongchengshi" has been completely preserved, with fifty-three fragments. After the bamboo slips were published, scholars discussed the issues of assembling and linking the bamboo slips.

In terms of assembling bamboo slips, Chen Jian's "Small Discussion on the Assembling and Connecting of Bamboo Slips on Shangbo Slips "Rong Chengshi"" (contained in "Sequel", hereafter referred to as "Small Discussion") starts from the rope weaving Both the position and content point out that the upper and lower sections of bamboo slip 35 do not belong to the same bamboo slip and should be numbered and rearranged respectively, and the upper and lower sections of this bamboo slip should be numbered as "35A" and "358" respectively. This opinion is generally accepted by researchers. "Xiaoyi" reorganized the entire bamboo slips based on Li Ling's arrangement, providing a good foundation for scholars. In addition, Jane 15 and Jane 24 were originally two fragments of bamboo slips. Shan Yuchen's "Miscellaneous Talks on Rong Chengshi (Three Pieces)" (contained in "Bamboo and Silk Research 2007", Guangxi Normal University Press, 2010) were scaled down. Both the text and the meaning prove that the two bamboo slips should be directly combined.

Guo Yongbing, "From the Shangbo Chu Bamboo Slips 's "Yu Difference" to Questions about the Legend of Yu in the Tang Dynasty" (contained in the first volume of "Research on Unearthed Documents and Ancient Characters", Fudan University Press , 2006) interpreted "Youwu Jiong" in Jane 5 and Jane 32 as "Youyu Jiong", thinking that it refers to the chief named Yu tribe. And accordingly, the simple sequence is arranged as 31+32+4+5. According to his arrangement, the ancient historical legends before Shun in "Rong Cheng Shi" should be summarized as "the ancient emperors were Yu, Yao and Shun."

In addition to the above-mentioned articles and research monographs, other scholars such as Huang Rener's "Reading Shangbozang Jian Rongcheng's Letters" (Collection of Unearthed Documents, Gaowen Publishing House, 2005), Bai Yu Lan's "Supplementary Discussion on the Compilation Issues of "Rong Cheng Shi"" (contained in "Proceedings of the Fourth International Symposium on Chinese Palaeophilology", Department of Chinese Language and Literature, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, 2003), Yu Kai's " Shangbo Chu Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Rong Family'" ("Sequel"), Chen Ligui's "On the Problem of Misplacement of Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Slips" ("Rong Cheng Family") ("Sequel"), Wang Zhiping's "Rong Cheng" "A New Interpretation of Zhongzhiyue Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Bamboo Slips" and Research on Primitive Clan Society" (published in "Journal of Shaanxi History Museum", Chapter 10 The third series, Sanqin Publishing House, 2006), Huang Rener's "(Mencius·Wanzhang I) Chapters and Shangbozang Slips "Rong Chengshi" Bamboo Slips Involving Yao and Shun's Concession" (contained in "Confucian Cultural Research" Vol. Volume 1, Joint Publishing House, 2007), "Explanation" of "Appendix Six" in "The Text Collection of Chu Bamboo Books of the Warring States Period (-5) from the Shanghai Museum Collection" (Writers Publishing House, 2007) edited by Li Shoukui and others, Wang Yu "The Bamboo Compendium of "Rong Chengshi" and Related Issues - Discussions with the Second Class Huang Ren" ("Social Science Review" Issue 2, 2008) are also compiled or discussed.
