The Women's Health Department of Xingyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital has carried out the appropriate technical project of traditional Chinese medicine-warm moxibustion and cupping, which is a new treatment method integrating cupping and moxibustion therapy. Warm moxibustion and cupping therapy is based on the meridian theory and skin theory of traditional Chinese medicine, aiming at dredging meridians, warming meridians, promoting qi circulation and eliminating dampness, and regulating yin and yang, so as to restore the balance of the body. It is suitable for insomnia, common cold, neck and shoulder pain, dysmenorrhea, infertility, etc.
Characteristics of warm moxibustion and cupping;
Through the "diarrhea" of the pot, the toxins and metabolic wastes in the body are urged to overflow outside the pulse to eliminate toxins, and the "supplement" of moxibustion is to warm the meridians and replenish qi. Both of them are carried out at the same time, one is purging, and the other is tonifying, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the yin and yang of zang-fu organs and strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil spirits. At the beginning of Su Wen's theory that Yin and Yang should be alike, it says: "Yin and Yang, the way of heaven and earth, the discipline of all things, the changing parents, the beginning of life and death, the house of the gods, must be the basis for treating diseases." This passage is a high concentration and generalization of Yin and Yang, which shows the important role of regulating Yin and Yang in health care and disease prevention.
The role of warm moxibustion and cupping;
1. Prevention and health care: Ancient doctors in China have long put forward the academic idea of "prevention before illness", and the health care treatment of warm moxibustion can play a role in strengthening the body and resisting the invasion of external evils.
2. Therapeutic effects: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating yin and yang, warming meridians and dredging collaterals, benefiting qi and rising yang, regulating information and eliminating toxins.
When warming moxibustion and cupping, we should pay attention to:
1. Use with caution if you are hungry, full, overworked, drunk or stressed.
2. Female lumbosacral and lower abdomen are prohibited during pregnancy and menstrual period.
3. Use with caution in patients with coagulation dysfunction and malignant tumor.
4. For people and children with dull skin, pay attention to control the temperature to avoid burns.
5. Not suitable for skin ulceration, redness and heat pain.
6. Because part of the body surface is exposed during treatment, it is necessary to keep warm and avoid catching a cold.
7. Drink 1 cup of warm light salt water after treatment, and take a bath for 4-6 hours after treatment.
8. Pain (not very serious), itching and insect sensation at the scraping site within 1-3 days after scraping are normal phenomena.
