Is the library of Yangzhou University open to the public?

The library of Yangzhou University is not open to the public. People outside Yangzhou University can't enter. Neither the Shaw Library in the central campus nor the libraries in other campuses are open to the public. Students and faculty must swipe their cards with campus cards issued by the school. Therefore, the library of Yangzhou University is not open to the public.
