Reading aloud is a way of reading that transforms language into spoken language, and it is also the most important and frequent reading training in reading teaching. Mr. Ye Shengtao said: "Reading teaching always needs reading". Mr. Zhang Tianruo also said: "In reading teaching, the first is reading, the second is reading, and the third is reading." In his book, Mr. Yu Yongzheng said that all he had to do before each class was to read the text dozens of times, and he didn't stop until he read the text vividly and expressed his feelings through reading. On the other hand, at present, I ignore the students' reading training, pay more attention to the teacher's teaching design, ramble, and try my best to make the teaching design perfect and the classroom lively. However, after a semester, many students had problems reading aloud, which made me realize the shortcomings of my classroom teaching.
Compared with the Chinese curriculum standard, many students have the following problems when reading aloud: First, read word by word, so that the text read aloud is monotonous in sound, dull in pause, fragmented in meaning and lifeless. Second, reading is tedious and reading is slow. The intonation is not ups and downs, and it is weak and procrastinating, which leads to the unclear pause between words and sentences, and the article lacks emotional color.
The main reasons for reflection are: first, insufficient attention is paid to students' reading training. Whether it is preparation before class, classroom practice or consolidation after class, the focus of teaching is to master the knowledge points of textbooks, such as mastering new words, words and sentences, and understanding the content and emotion of articles, while ignoring students' reading training. Secondly, there is a lack of demonstration reading and reading for students in classroom teaching. In order to complete the necessary classroom teaching, teachers often just let the students read the text by themselves, but they don't realize that if there is no model essay reading or the teacher teaches the reading method before letting the students read by themselves, then the students can only read in vain. Finally, students didn't get enough reading training in classroom teaching. The teacher hopes to teach all the knowledge points in the textbook to the students within the specified time. Now that I think about it, in a class, the teacher is diligent, but the students seem to be "lazy". They are not interested in being instilled by teachers all the time, and the space for reading training has also been squeezed out.
So, how to cultivate students' reading aloud? How to make reading aloud a magic weapon for students to learn? Teacher Yu Yongzheng gave me the answer in the book.
First of all, reading aloud needs the teacher's model reading. In his book, Mr. Yu Yongzheng has talked many times about the story that this excellent teacher read deeply and made the students and audience burst into tears. At the same time, as we all know, students have a strong sense of learning from teachers. Yu Xiansheng also wrote in the book: "Reading aloud with sound and affection will enable students to enter the situation of the article with the help of auditory images, and give them beautiful enjoyment, so that they can learn and explore the needs and interests of the party." In class, the best way for teachers to arouse students' interest in reading aloud is to use sound and emotion to drive a model to read aloud. We know that imitation is the nature of children, especially imitating teachers, and students are more interested. After listening to the teacher's demonstration reading, the students' enthusiasm for reading was immediately improved. At the same time, teacher's example reading can not only stimulate students' interest in learning and induce children's learning motivation, but also enhance students' learning confidence, set an example for children and eliminate children's fear of difficulties. Give the students a bucket of water, and the teacher should also have a bucket of water. How do teachers do a good job in reading model essays with sound and affection? Mr Yu Yongzheng also gave me the answer in his book: "Prepare lessons before reading". When preparing lessons, you should read the text repeatedly, correctly and fluently, read your own feelings, read your own sense of language, read the beauty of words and sentences, and plan the layout.
Secondly, increase listening and reading training. Looking back, I found that I lost many students' reading training opportunities in the busy teaching before. Now I understand the importance of reading aloud. Next semester, I will increase students' listening and reading training from the following aspects: First, texts are generally read aloud, and these audio resources are distributed to parents. Parents let students listen to standard Mandarin reading at home and imitate and follow. Second, make good use of ten or twenty minutes before morning reading every day. Many students in the class usually arrive at the classroom at the early reading time stipulated by the school in advance. Although they usually ask students who arrive early to read aloud by themselves, it has little effect, and students are easily distracted and violent. Faced with this situation, the teacher asked the students who arrived at the classroom the earliest to play the text and read the audio on the multimedia in advance, and the students chose to read or listen along. This not only increases the time for students to listen to reading aloud, but also increases the time for students to read by themselves. Third, launch a reading contest. A reading contest is held in the class to reward the winners and improve students' reading enthusiasm.
Finally, the teacher guides the reading method. It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish. In classroom teaching, the guidance and training of methods are very important. When students encounter obstacles in reading aloud, teachers use guided reading and guided reading to help students read pronunciation and intonation correctly, stress and adjust them well. Through repeated training, students can read aloud without adding words, missing words, repeating and repeating sentences, thus improving their reading ability. At the same time, teachers must ensure the time for students to read aloud. Through teachers' repeated explanations and demonstrations, students can first learn to read the text correctly and fluently, and then gradually feel that they can express their feelings in the text by using pause, intonation and other methods.
As Teacher Yu Yongzheng said in the book, "Explaining can only make people know, and reading aloud can make people feel-feel the people, things and things in the article, feel the language, and let the language live in the hearts of students." Reading aloud is an indispensable and colorful part in Chinese teaching and classroom. As a Chinese teacher, I will also improve my reading level and give students a good demonstration.
