If you can't stick to it, you will be in great danger and tired. It is better to have something than nothing, and it is impossible for ordinary people to have it, and so is Chyi Yu and Song Xian. Old Master Q, the world of interests is also good, but we can't be self-satisfied, and those who are self-satisfied are enlightened. Therefore, those who use the country stand as king, stand as hegemony, and seek to die. Of the three, the wise are willing to choose, and the benevolent are inaction.

Therefore, Qi Huan, Jinwen, Chuzhuang, Wuhe Lu and Yue Gou Jian are all unknown countries, threatening the world and China. Nothing wrong, just a little faith. Is the so-called belief and hegemony.

Therefore, happy people are born in the country, anxious people are born in the country, and people who are eager to pursue happiness and slow down the pace of the country are unhappy. Therefore, a wise monarch will rule the country first and then enjoy the country; The prince of darkness will be anxious to pursue pleasure and slow down the pace of governing the country, so he is too anxious to win the school and stop when he dies. Chuan said, "The farmer ploughs the fields, Jia sells the goods, and all the workers divide their work and advise them. The husband is the son of heaven, rich in the world, called the sage, and manages people. People can control what they can't get, which is also a human natural desire. The king has both. Pay attention to color and clothing, pay attention to taste and food, pay attention to wealth and control, and the world cooperates with you. The diet is very thick, the vocal music is very high, the platform is very high, and the gardens are very wide. I am a vassal, and the world is also human, and the ritual system of the son of heaven is like this. The system is based on Chen and the decree is based on (2). If an official loses his importance, he will die. If public officials are disrespectful, they will be imprisoned. A country of all directions, extravagant and detached, will die. If the reputation is like the sun and the moon, and it becomes like heaven and earth, the people of the world should respond to it, and it is also the same desire of human feelings, and the king has both. The affection of an old friend, good taste and stink, good ears and loud vocal music, lustful eyes and articles have made many women indifferent, healthy and quiet, indifferent, kind and generous, and the desire for world cooperation is both. His testicles are locked in the world and his descendants are made. People who are not crazy or confused are ignorant. If you want to be masters, you can live side by side. If you can make a person, you will never be the only one in the world. As the saying goes: the master is unfair and the minister is unfaithful. It is the reason why people are incompatible with each other, and people compete with ministers for power and profit, envy and hate. People are not broad-minded and compassionate, not eccentric, but sincere? If so, then people and ministers should give way to their careers, and then they will be safe. If so, Shun and Yu will return and return. Gongyi is the best in the world, with a suitable name and a suitable name. What are the benefits of drinking coke? Oh! You can also observe what you say. Yang Zhu cried and said: "This gentleman feels that he has fallen a thousand miles because he took a step!" Weep. This is also a matter of honor and disgrace, which is more tragic than Qu Tu. Alas! If you go out and go in, the world will be uneven, so you can't tell. This is a big part of the etiquette shared by hundreds of kings.

Therefore, the way of a gentleman is to be a long-term politician, but if you want to be a Pepsi, you will be sincere, and you will have great merits in governing the country, fame and fortune, and you can be king and bully. Li Long's original version is not suitable, and people who want Pepsi are not benevolent, so the country will be chaotic, the country will perish and the country will be in danger. Therefore, those who can take it from the world for one person, those who are not in danger for one person, and those who can do it for thousands of people can be said to be nothing. If you can become a person, why bother? Whether clothes hang or not depends on the world. It can cure both the near and the far; It can not only cure the Ming dynasty, but also see the seclusion; You can be one, do everything well and be a lawbreaker. However, it is not as good as it, it is still upright and seeks the waste of its scenery. Can't cure the near, but also cure the far; If you can't see clearly, you can also see seclusion; You can't do everything by yourself. This is a rebel. Seeking the straightness of its scenery is still a waste of wood. So it is good to know the Lord, and it is also good to know the Lord in detail. Therefore, kindness and virtue are the first, courtesy and righteousness are the first, loyalty and love are the second, and talent and ability are the second. Pay attention to serving and celebrating, pay attention to doing things, repeat them, and raise, for example, a child. When people are born, they will be lenient. When people are reasonable, they will argue about the system of laws and regulations. Therefore, people connected with the world and unreasonable people, such as luxury, will be lonely and widowed. Therefore, the people are as expensive as the emperor, as close as their parents, and they are not happy when they die. There is nothing wrong, and their morality is honest and clear, and their interests are sincere and honest. Otherwise, troubled times: pollution is rampant, theft is the first, tactics are overthrown to show it, and the invitation of the superior, the short and the woman is contradicted by the fourth, so that the fool knows, the poor are poor and the people work hard. Therefore, the people are as cheap as donkeys and as evil as ghosts, and they should learn from each other every day. It's hard to be a pawn, and I hope the people will die for themselves, but I can't get it, so I can't take it. Confucius said, "I am suitable for people because I am suitable for people." The customs of monarch and minister are true, but the land is wide and the power is light; Although there are many people, the soldiers will be weak; Although the punishment is complicated, it cannot be used. Husband is a national danger, but also a person who harms the country.

Scholar-officials are strict and better than soldiers. Hundreds of officials fear the law and follow the rope, so the country is often not chaotic. Merchants can travel safely without fraud, goods can make money, and the country is responsive. If a hundred workers are loyal and disloyal, they will be skilled but not rich. Simple and incompetent farmers will not lose the harmony between the weather, the land and everything in the world. It is said that decrees and customs are beautiful. Strong because of rules, strong because of signs, famous because of residence, and moving because of actions. On the so-called "Qu" of this Confucianism.

Appreciating the advantages and disadvantages of "kingliness" and "overbearing" is a hot topic of debate among scholars, especially Confucian scholars, during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. Although the ultimate ideal of literati can only be realized by the courtesy of big and small governors, "overbearing" has still become the concept of governing the country abandoned by most people. It was not until the middle and late Warring States period that Confucian scholars gradually changed their long-standing stubbornness and began to look forward to a new monarch in the world. The topic of "Wang Ba" can also be interpreted as "the way to dominate the country". As Xunzi said in the article: "Righteousness is king, faith is hegemony, and power is death." In fact, it was Wang Ba who defined kingly way by advocating propriety and righteousness, and defined overbearing by keeping promises, thus avoiding the strict political and moral distinction between these two concepts in the past, in order to cope with the ambitions of monarchs and monarchs, especially the rulers of great powers.

In Xunzi's view, the realm of an ideal country is to respect etiquette from top to bottom. In order to realize the ideals and ambitions of the country and even the world, the rulers in the upper position must "slap the country with courtesy and righteousness without harming it", thus reaching the realm of "condescending righteousness". Although the overbearing people can't completely command the people with courtesy and justice, and achieve the perfect state of "the North Star lives in its place and the stars are * * *" (The Analects of Confucius is the government), it can be recognized that the whole country is consistent in words and deeds, "township planning, trial and punishment, livestock accumulation and war preparation are respected, but the world dares not do it."

However, whether it is kingly or overbearing, the assumptions of the two political models also require the rulers to be strict with self-cultivation so that a country's laws and policies can be implemented from top to bottom. In Xunzi's view, if a ruler wants to maintain the long-term stability of the country, he must establish a long-term guiding ideology for governing the country, that is, "righteousness" and "faith", and safeguard the sacred position of a political power through people's long-standing beliefs and morality. "For Fu Cha chitose's faith method is to hold it, so are Ann's followers and Fu Cha chitose. ..... those who are self-sustaining by the law of chitose are the believers of chitose. " Although Xunzi attributed the long-term existence of the country to the persistence of the system, the persistence of the system still needs to be maintained by generations of polite and benevolent moral people. Therefore, although Xunzi emphasized the long-term role of law and system here, he still attributed this system to the category of rule by man, which is also a major difference between Confucianism and law.

The long-term stability of the country depends on the control of "chitose people", so it is very important to choose a wise monarch. "It is the responsibility of every man to govern the country well." In addition to the monarch's self-cultivation and reassuring people, the stability of the country is more important to select talents. In particular, the minister of state was appointed to assist, and "envoys and officials must stay in the countryside to handle affairs", so that subjects have their own strengths and a clear division of labor, thus achieving social order and harmony. It is possible for the monarch to govern mainly by bending over and arching the ground, but this is by no means equal to the "inaction" advocated by Taoism, but "based on the current situation, prospering the government for the people and making those who want everything be sincere and benevolent." It was knowing yourself and yourself, and selecting talents and appointing talents that became one of the wise strategies of later monarchs. One hundred years after this assertion, Liu Bang, Emperor Gaozu, calmed down the world and summed up his experience. That is to say, although he is not as good as Zhang Zifang, Xiao He and Han Xin, he can take the world, but he can choose people's strengths and use them for himself, which is the proof of this argument.

The function of ceremony lies in setting. As a basic element of maintaining social harmony and stability, "ceremony" here has both the meaning of moral cultivation and certain compulsion. "I like to put it on the top and make it politely. Up there, I look like a child. Laws and regulations, so those who take it, if ignored, are lonely. Therefore, the next relative is as happy as his parents, and can be killed but not beaten badly. As for Shu Ren, it is for the sake of prosperity. Then everyone should be cautious in introspection, which is the same reason for all kings, and the fulcrum of etiquette is also very important. Then farmers divide the fields and plough the fields, Jia divides the goods and sells them, and the workers divide the work to persuade them. Scholar-officials listen to each other in different positions. The founding monarch divided the land and kept it, and the three kings always discussed it, and the son of heaven * * * has stopped. If you go out and go in, the world will be uneven, so you can't tell. Hundreds of kings, the same is true of the big ceremony. " From Xunzi's endless exposition, it can be seen that the "ceremony" he admired is actually a combination of etiquette and law, including both hierarchical birthright and legal system. Therefore, we can say that Xunzi obtained the essence and characteristics of law through the creation of the concept of "etiquette and law".
