If you want to calm down and clear your mind, I recommend some Taoist books.

The "Qing Jing Sutra" has only 401 words. Although it is short in length, it is rich in content. It is one of the important materials on Taoist refining techniques. It first explains the invisible, ruthless and nameless Tao, which has the function of giving birth to the heaven and the earth, moving the sun and the moon, and nourishing all things; and the Tao has purity, turbidity, movement, and tranquility. "Pure is the source of turbidity, and movement is the basis of tranquility." Therefore , "If people can always be quiet, everything in heaven and earth will return." It goes on to explain that in order for people and gods to always be quiet, they must clear their minds with desire, get rid of all greed, delusions and worries, and realize "Looking inside the heart, there is no heart in the heart; looking at the shape , form has no shape; looking at things from a distance, things have nothing. Once the three are realized, they can only see the realm of eternal silence and true tranquility of emptiness. Finally, he pointed out, "To be so quiet and gradually enter the true way, once you enter the true way, it is called attaining the way." Therefore, the "Qing Jing Jing Sutra" is a cultivation method that teaches people to calm their desires and is one of the important lessons for Taoists to recite and practice every day. Taoists believe: "Always teach quietly, guide the customs and supplement the rectification, support the religious affairs and make the people return to their roots, so that they can embrace the true and embrace the oneness, reconcile the Xuanyuan, refine the gods and Tao, become immortals, and not be perverse... or even This is not the origin of all the truths and saints." ② There are many annotations of "Qingjing Jing" by Wang Daoyuan, Hou Shanyuan, Wang Yuanhui, Bai Yuchan, Anonymous, Li Daochun and Mo Ranzi, all of which are included in "Zhengtong Taoist Canon".

"Tai Shang Laojun Speaks of Chang Qingjing Sutra". The old man said: The great road is invisible, giving birth to the heaven and the earth; the great road is ruthless, moving the sun and the moon; the great road is nameless, nourishing all things; I don't know its name, so I call it Tao. The Taoist Master: There is purity and turbidity, movement and stillness; the sky is clear and the earth is turbid, the sky is moving and the earth is quiet. Men are pure and women are turbid, men are active and women are quiet. When the original flow comes to an end, all things come into being. Purity is the source of turbidity, and movement is the foundation of tranquility. If people can always be peaceful, everything in heaven and earth will return. Madam, her mind likes to be clear, but her heart is disturbed; her heart likes to be calm, but she wants to lead her. It can always satisfy one's desires and make one's mind calm, clear one's mind and make one's mind pure. Naturally, the six desires will cease to exist and the three poisons will be eliminated. Therefore, those who cannot do it are because their hearts are not clear and their desires are not yet resolved. Those who are able to send it can look at their hearts inwardly, but their hearts are not their own; they can look at their shapes externally, but their shapes have no shape; and they can look at things from a distance, but they have nothing to do with them. Once the three are enlightened, we can only see emptiness; when we look at emptiness, it is also empty, and there is nothing empty; when there is nothing, there is nothing, and when there is nothing, there is nothing, and it is always peaceful; when there is nothing in silence, how can desire arise? When desire does not arise, that is true tranquility. The truth is always responding to things, the truth is always attaining nature; the truth is always responding to things, always being quiet, and always being pure and quiet. Being so quiet, one gradually enters the true way; once one enters the true way, it is called attaining the path. Although it is called attaining the path, it is actually nothing; to transform sentient beings, it is called attaining the path; those who can understand it can teach the holy way. The old man said: The superiors do not fight, the inferiors like to argue; the superiors are not virtuous, but the inferiors cling to virtues. Those who are persistent do not know morality. The reason why sentient beings do not know the true way is because they have delusional minds. When a person has a delusional mind, he is frightened by his spirit; when he is frightened by his spirit, he is attached to all things; when he is attached to all things, he is greedy; when he is greedy, he is troubled; when he is troubled and delusional, he is worried about his body and mind; he suffers from turmoil and humiliation, and wanders around in life and death. Always sinking into the sea of ??suffering, and never losing sight of the true way. Those who understand the true and everlasting way will find it themselves, and those who have realized the way will always be peaceful and tranquil. Immortal Ge Weng said: I have learned the true way and have recited this sutra thousands of times. This sutra is learned by heavenly beings and is not passed down to ordinary people. I received it from Emperor Donghua in the past, Emperor Donghua received it from Emperor Jinque, and Emperor Jinque received it from Queen Mother of the West. The Queen Mother of the West all passed down the information orally and did not memorize written words. Now that I am alive, I will record it in writing. A superior man understands it and is promoted to a heavenly immortal; a sergeant man cultivates it and becomes an official in the Nangong Palace; a corporal man masters it and lives for many years. Parade the three realms and ascend to the Golden Gate. Zhenren Zuo Xuan said: Those who study Taoism and recite this sutra will receive the support of the ten good gods in the sky. Then the jade talisman protects the spirit, and the gold liquid refines the form. The form and spirit are both wonderful and true to the Tao. Zhengyi Zhenren said: People who have this sutra and understand it will avoid disasters and obstacles, and all the saints will protect the door. The gods ascended to the upper world and paid homage to Gaozhen. When you have accomplished your merits, you will be grateful to the emperor. If you chant and uphold it without retreating, your body will rise like purple clouds.
