Why are Ye Zhi burns eaten by insects?

The moth-eaten appearance of the ghost field used.

Ghost Ye Zhi refers to the burning of Ye Zhi glaze exposed to smoke. In fact, it is pure feldspar white glaze, because the clay tire contains organic matter decomposed by vegetation, which releases carbon dioxide gas to break through the glaze layer when burning, forming a porous moth-eaten effect. The dark green color on the surface is the kiln color formed by the reaction between alkali in glaze and discharged carbon.
