China Grand Canal Museum, referred to as Yun Bo for short, is located at Kaifa East Road, Guangling District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of 200 mu with a total construction area of about 80,000 square meters. It is a local modern comprehensive museum integrating cultural relics protection, scientific research exhibition and leisure experience. It is a landmark project in the construction of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park, which is displayed and operated by Nanjing Museum.

On May 5, 20 19, the foundation stone laying ceremony of China Grand Canal Museum was held. On September 27th of the same year, the construction of China Grand Canal Museum officially started. On June 9, 2020, the General Office of the State Council approved the official name of the museum as Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum.

2021June 16, Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum was completed and opened. By the end of 20021,Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum had more than 0/000 pieces of ancient books, calligraphy and painting, inscriptions, ceramics, metalworking, miscellaneous and other cultural relics 1000 reflecting the theme of the canal since the Spring and Autumn Period.

Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum covers an area of 200 mu with a total construction area of 79,373.59 square meters. The main body consists of two parts: the museum and the Universiade Tower. The overall tone of the museum is the architectural style of the Tang Dynasty, which was designed by Zhang Jinqiu, academician of China Academy of Engineering and chief architect of China Architectural Northwest Design and Research Institute.

Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum adopts the shape of a giant ship, incorporating the elements of sail, just like a giant ship about to sail along the canal. The Universiade Tower is designed according to the style of Tang Tower. Tower height 100 meters, can enter the tower through Changhong horizontal wave gallery built on the roof.

Universiade Tower is about 1.2km away from Wenfeng Tower of Wenfeng Temple and about 4km away from Tianzhong Tower of Gaochun Temple. Standing on the highest observation deck in Sanwan Scenic Area, you can see a north-south steeple: Wenfeng Pagoda in the north is the starting point of Jian Zhen, a monk in the Tang Dynasty; To the south is the Sky Tower, which was once the palace of the Qing emperor.
