Based on the work needs and the employer’s vacancy situation, Daqing Municipal Library and Museum openly recruit staff after study and decision by the municipal government. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment plan
This time, we plan to recruit 23 people. Among them, 15 are from the Municipal Library and 8 are from the Municipal Museum.
2. Recruitment scope and targets
(1) Graduates dispatched to Daqing City. Full-time general colleges and universities that are registered at the Daqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau or the Municipal Education Bureau and are not yet employed and meet the requirements for recruitment positions are recruiting past graduates;
(2) Reassignment period Graduates within. 3. Application Requirements
(1) Basic Requirements
1. Be law-abiding and of good conduct;

4. Recruitment Methods
This recruitment is organized by the Daqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, adhering to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, and adopts public examination and organization Conducted through a combination of assessments.
(1) Written test
1. Written test subjects. Comprehensive management positions take the administrative professional ability test and application essay, and each subject is worth 100 points; professional and technical positions take the administrative professional ability test and the professional knowledge required for the position, and each subject is worth 100 points.
2. Written test scores. The written test scores are calculated in percentages. Administrative professional ability test subjects for comprehensive management positions account for 50% and application subjects account for 50%; public and professional subjects for professional and technical positions account for 30% and professional subjects account for 70%.
3. Bonus points policy for written examinations. In accordance with the spirit of Heizhengfa ([2009] No. 30) document, college graduates who serve at the grassroots level in Daqing City’s rural areas (including volunteer service in the Western Plan) take this exam within 3 years after expiration, and their written test scores will be increased by 5 points; upon expiration of the service period Those rated as excellent will receive an additional 2 points. College graduates who are drafted into the army to perform compulsory military service and take this exam after completing their compulsory military service will receive an additional 5 points for the written exam score.
(2) Interview
The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview. The full interview score is 100 points, and those who do not reach 60 points will not be hired.
(3) Selection Principles
In principle, the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruitment plans is not less than 5:1. If the ratio is not met, the number of candidates will be reduced or the recruitment will be cancelled. Positions; if the positions are in short supply or urgently needed, they can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation. After the written test, for each recruitment position, candidates for the interview will be determined based on the order of written test scores from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 3:1 between the number of interview participants and the number of recruitment plans. If the candidates for the written examination for the same position are tied online, the number of interview candidates for that position will be expanded accordingly. After the interview, 70% of the written test score and 30% of the interview score will be combined into the total exam score (the total exam score for the commentator position will be combined into 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score). Based on the total scores, candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 between the number of planned recruitment and the number of people undergoing physical examination and assessment. If there is a tie in terms of total scores, the candidate with the highest interview score and written test score will determine the candidate for physical examination and assessment.
(4) Physical examination and assessment
The employer is responsible for the physical examination and assessment. The content and health standards of the physical examination shall be implemented with reference to the general national standards for physical examinations for civil servant recruitment. Those who fail the physical examination or assessment will not be hired. The resulting vacant positions will, in principle, be filled from among the candidates who took the examination for the position from the highest to the lowest total test score.
(5) Public announcement
The Daqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will determine the candidates to be hired based on the total test scores, assessment and physical examination results, and make a unified public announcement. 5. Registration Procedure

6. Relevant instructions
