Times: Southern and Northern Dynasties to Ming Dynasty
Qingzhou longxing temple Site is located in the north of Hengwangfu West Street, Wang Fu Sub-district Office, Qingzhou City, Shandong Province, and adjacent to the museum in the south. The length of the site is150m from east to west and 200m from north to south, with a total area of about 30,000m2. From 1996 to 10, a large Buddha statue was found in the northwest of the site. More than 600 stone, pottery and iron Buddha statues have been unearthed, which is rare in the history of Buddhist archaeology in China. It was rated as "Top Ten Archaeological Discoveries in China from 65438 to 0996" and selected as "Top 100 Archaeological Discoveries in China in the 20th Century".
In 20 13, the State Council announced "Qingzhou longxing temple Site" as the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
