Liu Shide was born in February 1932. 1955 graduated from Chinese Department of Peking University in September. In the same year, he was assigned to the Institute of Literature of China Academy of Sciences (now the Institute of Literature of China Academy of Social Sciences) to work so far. He is mainly engaged in the study of ancient literature in China, focusing on ancient novels and operas. He is currently a researcher at the Institute of Literature of China Academy of Social Sciences, a professor at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a doctoral supervisor. Social positions are: Vice President of China Ancient Literature Society; President of China Romance Society of the Three Kingdoms; Vice President of China Dream of Red Mansions Society; Vice President of China Water Margin Society; Executive director of China Opera Society, executive director of China Ancient Opera Society; Editorial Board of Literary Heritage and Journal of Dream of Red Mansions.

He is the author of A Dream of Red Mansions, Cao Xueqin's Ancestral Family, Nighttalk in Three Kingdoms, Selected Notes on Prose in Ming Dynasty, Selected Notes on Novels in Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, etc. Essays on a Dream of Red Mansions (co-authored), History of China Literature (co-authored), General History of China Literature (co-authored) and Selected Poems of Tang and Song Dynasties (co-authored). Editor-in-Chief: Ancient Novel Series, China Ancient Novel Encyclopedia, Ancient Case-solving Novel Series, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, etc. Published more than 200 papers.

A Study of A Dream of Red Mansions —— Zhou

Zhou, formerly known as Yu Yan, was named Min An, and later changed to Yu Yan. 19 18 was born in Xianshuigu Town, Tianjin in March. A well-known Redology scholar in China studied in the Graduate School of Western Languages Department and Chinese Department in yenching university. He is the first person to study A Dream of Red Mansions in New China after Hu Shi and others, and he is the main force and master of textual research schools at home and abroad. He has been a teacher of yenching university Western Language Department, lecturer of Foreign Languages Department of West China University and Sichuan University, editor of Classical Department of People's Literature Publishing House, member of the 5th-8th China People's Political Consultative Conference, member of China Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification, member of Chinese Writers Association and Calligraphers Association, consultant of China Rhyme Society, China Couplet Society and China Grand View Garden Cultural Association, and honorary president of China Cao Xueqin Society. 199 1 year began to enjoy special government allowances. Deng Xiaoda once called it | "the greatest red scientist in China."

Academics focus on language, poetics and endorsement, and translation between Chinese and foreign languages; I have devoted my life to reciting, studying poetry, annotation, appreciation and theory, and also studying redology. A Study of The Peony Pavilion —— Xu

Shuofang Xu (1923—2007), formerly known as Xu bukui. People from Dongyang, Zhejiang. 1947 graduated from the English Department of Zhejiang University Teachers College. Later, with his profound foreign language level, he deeply studied western drama and devoted himself to the study of Ming and Qing operas, becoming a master of Chinese and Western studies. He has been a teacher of Wenzhou Middle School in Zhejiang and Wenzhou Normal College in Zhejiang, a lecturer, associate professor and professor of Zhejiang Normal University, and a visiting professor of Princeton University in the United States. He is also the consultant of the National Planning Group for the Arrangement and Publication of Ancient Books, the member of the National Research Committee for the Arrangement of Ancient Books in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education, and the vice president of China Opera Society. 65438-0956 Joined the Chinese Writers Association as a consultant of Zhejiang Branch. He has made great achievements in Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties literature, especially in the field of opera novels, and enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad.

A series of achievements of Mr. Shuofang Xu's research on Tang Xianzu laid the foundation for Tang Xianzu's research at home and abroad. He has published Notes and Proofreading of Peony Pavilion, Notes, Notes on Tang Xianzu's Poems Chronology, Complete Works of Tang Xianzu (Notes), Chronology of Tang Xianzu, Biography of Tang Xianzu and On Tang Xianzu.
