1. The signing of the tripartite agreement requires the following conditions:
(1) receiving protocol;
(2) Fill in the personal data, and the copy of the agreement is invalid;
(3) The employer shall fill in and seal it, and the name of the employer shall not be misspelled;
(4) The tripartite agreement shall take effect after the other party fills in the information and seals it, and a copy shall be kept for the record;
(5) Check whether the tripartite agreement is correct.
2. Legal basis: Article 509 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Both parties shall fully perform their respective obligations in accordance with the agreement.
The parties shall abide by the principle of good faith and fulfill the obligations of notification, assistance and confidentiality according to the nature, purpose and trading habits of the contract.
During the performance of the contract, the parties shall avoid wasting resources, polluting the environment and destroying the ecology.
Article 5 10
After the contract comes into effect, the parties have not agreed or clearly agreed on the quality, price or remuneration, place of performance, etc. They can supplement the agreement; If a supplementary agreement cannot be reached, it shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract or trading habits.
2. What are the conditions for the tripartite agreement to take effect?
The tripartite agreement shall meet the following conditions:
1, the actor has corresponding capacity for civil conduct;
2. The meaning is true;
3, do not violate the mandatory provisions of laws and administrative regulations, do not violate public order and good customs.
