"If you eat more cold things, the spleen and stomach will be deficient in cold for a long time, and the stomach will be full of cold, or the cold will be full of disease, so as to treat cold swelling and eliminate soup.
Chinese medicine manfenxiao decoction can treat abdominal distension, cold hernia, constipation, dysphoria, foot failure, limb syncope, nausea, abdominal cold deficiency, heartburn, abdominal anxiety, fainting due to cold, and dolphin running.
Radix Aconiti, Rhizoma Alismatis, Rhizoma Coptidis, Ginseng Radix, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Herba Ephedrae, Radix Bupleuri, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Fructus Litsea (two copies each), Fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Poria, Radix Aucklandiae, Rhizoma Cimicifugae (three copies each), Radix Astragali, Fructus Evodiae, Cortex Magnolia Officinalis, Fructus Amomi and Cortex Phellodendri (five copies each). "
When we saw this prescription, we felt even more confused. If we didn't know it was Li Dongyuan's prescription, we would definitely say something unpleasant.
Ginseng, coptis root, dried ginger and Pinellia tuber are all used in it. We can't say this is Banxia Xiexin Decoction, but it has the shadow of Banxia Xiexin Decoction. Banxia Xiexin Decoction removes licorice and jujube, and replaces Scutellaria baicalensis with Cortex Phellodendri. Remove orange peel from Magnolia Officinalis Wenzhong Decoction and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch (Magnolia Officinalis, Amomum Cardamom, Poria, Radix Aucklandiae and Zingiberis Rhizoma), and remove orange peel from Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and Atractylodis Rhizoma. Combining the three prescriptions, adding Radix Aconiti, Alismatis Rhizoma, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, Ginger, Herba Ephedrae, Solanum nigrum, Fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae and Evodia rutaecarpa.
Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Houpu Wenzhong Decoction are both self-made prescriptions by Li Dongyuan, while Banxia Xiexin Decoction is Zhang Zhongjing's prescription. Li Dongyuan combined these three prescriptions to add and subtract. This prescription tells us that Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction have the opportunity to be used together.
Let's take a look at what Zhang Qi said in "Summary of Clinical Experience in Zhang Qi": 1989,10/In June, the author treated a child with nephrotic syndrome in the ward, with high edema, abdominal distension, inability to lie down, proteinuria (++), failure of Chinese and western medicine treatment, gradual urinary obstruction and scrotum swelling.
I diagnosed his face? White, cold limbs, false stool, light and slippery tongue and slow pulse.
Syndrome differentiation is kidney yang weakness, cold and dampness trapped in spleen and stomach, and qi stagnation in water. It is appropriate to warm the kidney and strengthen the spleen, dispel cold and dampness, relieve depression and regulate qi, and divide it into upper and lower levels.
Prescription: Magnolia Officinalis 15g, Radix Aconiti Preparata 10g, Evodia rutaecarpa 10g, Herba Ephedrae 10g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 10g, Urtica nettle 7 g, Cimicifuga rhizome 7 g, Radix Bupleuri 10g and Radix Aucklandiae 7 g.
After taking 6 doses of the medicine, the urine volume increased obviously, and the urination in 24 hours was about 1500 ml. The abdomen is soft and the edema disappears. The original strategy was to take 12 dose, and the urine output in 24 hours increased to 3000 ml. Ascites completely disappeared, systemic edema basically disappeared, and urine protein decreased from (++++). The patient's diet increased, his mental and physical strength returned to normal, and his condition was stable.
In fact, this disease is not a single kidney disease. It is often ineffective to treat it with a single prescription. Even if the syndrome differentiation is particularly accurate, it is often ineffective. When a disease forms a local focus, treatment is usually difficult.
The symptoms we see from patients, skin color? White, cold limbs, false stool, light and slippery tongue and slow pulse. If dialectical, we may be able to distinguish a Zhenwu decoction: Poria, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Ginger, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Atractylodis Rhizoma. In fact, Zhenwu decoction is not necessarily effective.
The whole symptom shows that there is yin-cold syndrome, cold plus drink, and cold drink. Mr. Zhang Qi used syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs instead of six meridians.
Mr. Zhang Qi also said: Zhongmanfenxiaoyao Decoction comes from the secret collection of Shi Lan in Dongyuan. The original prescription said: "Treating hernia caused by cold and flatulence, constipation ... abdominal deficiency, abdominal cold and heart distension."
In the prescription, Radix Aconiti, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Evodia rutaecarpa, Litsea cubeba, Fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, Fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae warm kidney, strengthen spleen and stomach, remove dampness and dispel cold, and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, Magnolia Officinalis, Cimicifuga Rhizoma, Bupleuri Radix, Poria, Alismatis Rhizoma, Ginseng Radix, Radix Astragali, Radix Aucklandiae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, regulating qi and blood, Herba Ephedrae, dispersing lung qi, resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness. All the medicines are combined into one, and they are free and unfettered, eliminating cold and dampness and treating the new. There are many such diseases treated by Yu. Whenever you see the above syndrome, stopping it will be effective.
Mr. Zhang Qi applied Li Dongyuan's Zhongmanfenxiao Pill and Zhongmanfenxiao Decoction to the extreme, and cured all serious diseases. Sometimes, it is difficult for us to explain him clearly with simple thinking, but at least after reading this kind of medical records, we know that there are some diseases and syndromes in clinic, which need complicated diagnosis and treatment, and we can't even think simply. If we are simple, the effect is not good. The choice between the two should be considered slowly and understood gradually in clinical practice.
The old gentleman in Zhang Qi is also good at using classical prescriptions, and so is Li Dongyuan's prescription.
