In the 2024QS World University Ranking released on June 28th, Peking University became the only university in China (Mainland China) to be among the top 20 universities in the world, with a global ranking of 17. Tsinghua University ranks 25th in the world and the third highest in Asia. Fudan University ranks 50th in the world and Tongji University ranks 2 16 in the world.
