Sichuan ancient books in Shimen, JOE, Qianlong.

Up to now, Hongyan Zhai's reappraisal of the stone story (JOE Edition) has only kept 16 times, namely 1 ~ 4 times, 5~8 times, 13 ~ 16 times and 25~28 times respectively. Now it's in Shanghai Museum. This is the oldest stone record ever. When Hu Shi bought it, the seller Hu Xingyuan said it was four volumes. However, we can be sure that there were more than sixteen times in JOE. From the poems, comments and plots given in JOE's article, we can know that they are remnants, but how many times need further study, hoping to find new ones (according to the current situation, it is likely to be an eternal mystery). However, it is known that Liu Quanfu, the original owner of the collection, has collected 8 volumes. From the original frame of the book, it can be known that one volume of Four Times is 32 times, and the whereabouts of the rest 16 times are unknown. JOE is an over-recorded edition, and its copying time should be thirty-two years in Qianlong and eleven years in Xianfeng. Although JOE is incomplete and has its defects, it still retains many original features of The Story of the Stone, such as examples and annotations. The density of Xu Jiaben's comment on writing is the largest among all the existing versions of ancient books, and many of them, such as the first comment on writing "One Qin and One Fat", are extremely rare to know the comments of Zhi Yanzhai and Cao Xueqin. Judging from the existing research results, Mr. Zhou thinks that it is 108 or10, and A Dream of Red Mansions is not completely completed. Cao Xueqin did not write it in order in the creative process, and the rest of the first 80 chapters were also completed, with only sporadic manuscripts in the last 30 chapters, which can be seen from Zhi Yanzhai's comment on writing. It's hard to say why the missing parts are scattered (there are many possible reasons, but I dare not say for fear of academic controversy). A dream of red mansions is a difficult problem to solve, leaving too little information. The phenomenon and predicament in A Dream of Red Mansions reflect the profoundness of China culture, and Cao Xueqin and others are also marvels created by history. The status of A Dream of Red Mansions was improved by Chairman Mao, but its connotation has not been popularized so far, which needs further research and innovation. I hope someone can pass it on, keep our traditional literature and art, and be willing to suffer. I also hope to find the ancient stone records that may still exist at home and abroad, so as to get rid of the dilemma of redology in the ivory tower. You can buy a photocopy of Jiaxu published by People's Literature Publishing House on 20 10 or Jiaxu proofread by Deng Suifu (this book has been reprinted eight times since 2000, which is very good). People's Literature Publishing House has a fine tradition of studying A Dream of Red Mansions. In the past, this was the workplace of many scholars of redology. Before the industrial system reform, many Redology scholars were personally managed by government agencies and transferred there (on Monday, 1974, the Prime Minister was personally named by the chairman and transferred back to the club by the May 7th Cadre School). The requirements are extremely high and the foundation is very thick, which is unmatched by other publishing houses. The price is 80 yuan, the book is very good, and the information is available. I don't know if I am satisfied with the answer, but I still hope to give you some advice.
