Chinese characters in national standard samples should be written as follows

Long imitation song style.

According to the national standard, the font of Chinese characters in the pattern is long imitation song style. Simplified Chinese characters stipulated in the Simplified Chinese Characters Scheme officially promulgated by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the State Council should be adopted.

Long imitation song style is a simplified Chinese font used in art design, which is slender and generous and can be used in art design and product packaging.

According to the national standard, the numbers and letters in the pattern can be written as type A and type B, and the difference lies in the different word widths.

Provisions for marking fonts in national mechanical drawings are as follows:

1) Chinese characters: The Chinese characters in the pattern should be written in imitation of Song style, using simplified characters officially promulgated and implemented by the state. The width of Chinese characters is 1/√2 times its height. The height of Chinese characters shall not be less than 3.5M

2) Letters and numbers: There are two types: A (italics) and B (straight). The stroke width of type A font is114 of the word height; The stroke width of type B font is110. The prefix in italics is inclined to the right, which is about 75 degrees from the horizontal line. Only one font with numbers is allowed on the same drawing.

3) There are eight font sizes, and their nominal sizes (character heights) are 1.8, 2.5, 3.5, 5, 7, 10, 12 and 14 respectively. For example, the height of the number 3.5 is 3.5 mm.
