What are the works of alchemy in the Eastern Han Dynasty?
At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Wei Boyang wrote Tong Canqi in the Book of Changes, saying, "The fire story is 600, which is interesting and different", and "The ancient name" Dragon and Tiger "made the Yellow Emperor beautiful in Jinhua". It can be seen that by the Eastern Han Dynasty, there were 600 works on alchemy and Dragon and Tiger Classic written by Huangdi. According to modern Chen's textual research, there are thirty-six water methods, Taiqing Jinye Magic Sutra (this edition), Taiqing Jinye Magic Sutra, Huangdi Jiuding Sutra (included in Huangdi Jiuding Sutra Volume I), Taishang Eight Scenes and Siruizi Zi. Among them, The Thirty-six Water Methods written by Liu Anshi, the king of Huainan, is the earliest extant alchemy work in the world, while The Book of Changes can be read together by Wei Boyang is the earliest alchemy theory work in the world.
