Most people may only know one or two, but Zhang Jinpeng, a 46-year-old calligrapher in Xiangyang, has thousands of writing methods. 18, Zhang Jinpeng showed more than 10 calligraphy works with the theme of "dragon" on the playground of a primary school in Xiangcheng. The majestic word "dragon" suddenly attracted the attention of many citizens.

The reporter learned in the interview that Zhang Jinpeng is not only a civil servant, but also a calligrapher with great personal characteristics. After work, Zhang Jinpeng's greatest pleasure is practicing calligraphy. In recent years, he is even more fascinated by writing the word "dragon".

When Zhang Jinpeng first wrote the word "dragon", he only knew several ways to write it. In order to learn more ways to write the word "dragon", he reads ancient books whenever he has time. After learning the writing methods of "dragon" such as official script, running script and seal script, Zhang Jinpeng also learned the early pictographic writing methods of "dragon" from Oracle Bone Inscriptions.

Knowing this, Zhang Jinpeng was still not satisfied. In the following years, he also invented many writing methods, such as drawing dragons with thin ink and writing dragons with dry pen. In recent years, his calligraphy work "loong" has been collected by painting and calligraphy lovers in Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and other countries. In 2008, he wrote 2008 characters of "dragon" for the Beijing Olympic Games, and this calligraphy scroll was collected by the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee. Zhang Jinpeng also has a work with the theme of "Dragon", which is now collected in Tongzhou Museum.

Because Zhang Jinpeng is good at writing the word "dragon", the number of the word "dragon" he has written in recent years is almost unparalleled, and his colleagues in the calligraphy circle have given him the reputation of "Xiangyang Dragon King".
