Appreciation of Jia sheng
Through Jia Yi's experience, the poet expressed the irony that the late Tang emperor was abandoned in political affairs by taking medicine to seek immortality, and also expressed the poet's feeling of lack of talent. The whole poem begins with a pen from the front, warmly praising Wendi's eagerness and enthusiasm for seeking talents, and the second sentence implicitly contains Wendi's admiration for Jia Yi. However, three or four sentences took an emotional turn. They sharply satirized the feudal rulers who "don't ask ordinary people to ask ghosts and gods" and expressed their deep feelings of lack of talent.
