Nobel Prize winner, winner of the highest national science and technology award, academician of China Academy of Sciences, academician of China Academy of Engineering, member of the highest academic authority in developed countries (or "academician") and other recognized talents equivalent to the above level. National Major Talent Project (Class A) (Innovative Long-term Project), National Major Talent Project (Class B) (Outstanding Talents and Leading Talents), "Changjiang Scholar" distinguished professor, winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund, winner of "Hundred Talents Program" of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other talents recognized as equivalent to the above levels.

Employers attach great importance to talent introduction and have an open, standardized and complete talent introduction and support policy.

The employing unit shall, in combination with the actual situation in Suzhou and the development needs of the unit, formulate a catalogue of key intellectual introduction disciplines (majors) and report it to the social department for examination and filing.

Employers should adopt quantitative special support policies such as agreed annual salary system and resettlement (house purchase) subsidies for imported high-level talents.
