The poem "All the Rivers Are Red" is so powerful and powerful that it has always been praised by people. It was written by the "Martial Saint" Yue Fei, and no one has any doubts about its authenticity. The most unexpected thing is that in the 1930s, scholar Yu Jiaxi questioned the author of the word "Manjianghong" in an article "Yuewu Mu's Posthumous Essays" in the book "Siku Synopsis Dialectical Syndrome". , there has been debate for decades as to whether the author of this word was a forgery.
The scholar Xia Chengtao pointed out in "Examination of Yue Fei's "Man Jiang Hong" Ci" that Helan Mountain is in the west. During Yue Fei's anti-gold period, Helan Mountain was not the main direction of the anti-gold movement, and its appearance in the poem seemed very abrupt and unnatural. , there is also a famous scholar Li Ao who holds the same view. On September 16, 2005, Mr. Li Ao solemnly declared on the program "Feng Li Ao has something to say" that he would "explode Yue Fei's story". , wanted to expose the "Man Jiang Hong" that everyone read happily, because he, an "expert", believed that the word "Man Jiang Hong" was not written by Yue Fei.
Mr. Li Ao put forward three points of evidence: 1. The issue of time. Li Ao said: "Yue Fei died in 1141 AD. In 1502, that is, 361 years later, Zhao Kuan wrote a monument on Yue Fei's tomb. In the Ming Dynasty, Yue Fei was from the Song Dynasty. After the Yuan Dynasty, he came to the Ming Dynasty. After 361 years, Zhao Kuan of the Ming Dynasty He wrote the monument to Yue's tomb, and then in 1536, it was the Ming Dynasty again, and 395 years later, nearly four hundred years later, when Xu Jie was compiling Yue Wumu's posthumous writings, "Man Jiang Hong" appeared at this time. "Xiao Xiao Yu Xie" appeared, everyone can say, "Thirty years of fame and dust, eight thousand miles of clouds and moon", they can read it, recite it, and sing it." This is what attracted him as an expert. doubt. Second, there is the issue of geographical location. Li Ao said: "There is a sentence in "Man Jiang Hong" that is very suspicious, 'Cross the gap in Helan Mountain.' Where is Helan Mountain? Helan Mountain is within the scope of Xixia's rule. It is in the northwest. If you want to attack the Huns, you have to go straight to Huanglong. Huanglong is in our hometown, in Jilin, in the northeast. If you want to go straight to Huanglong to attack the Jin Dynasty, how can you reach Xixia? How can you attack the northwest? So how can you break through Helan Mountain? That's the bottom line. Why was it all leaked? Because of the geographical environment of the Song Dynasty at that time, if Yue Fei counterattacked, he would have fought toward the northeast instead of the northwest. Therefore, the phrase "crossing the gap in Helan Mountain" cannot appear in the poem. Therefore, those who falsify make mistakes.”
Most experts believe that the theory of Helan Mountain is not worth refuting at all, because "Helan Mountain" in the word generally refers to the north. Cheng Qianfan wrote in "On the Position, Distance and Similar Issues of Place Names in Tang Frontier Poems" " (see "Ancient Poetry Research", Shanghai Ancient Books Publishing House, 1984 edition) believes that Helan Mountain in Tang poetry does not always refer to its actual place; Wang Wei's "Old General's Journey" and Lu Rubi's "Beside Li Xiucai" cited in Xia The "Helan Mountain" in "The Court's Four Seasons of Resentment" is not the actual reference. Cheng Qianfan believes that the sentence "driving a long chariot across the gap in the Helan Mountains" in "Man Jiang Hong" "should be connected and equated with the following two sentences: 'Aspirations are hungry and eat the meat of Huns, and they are laughing and talking about thirsty and drinking the blood of Huns.' They are both Use allusions from the past to describe the present, and imitate the heroic ambition of the powerful Han Dynasty "Even if it is far away, it will be killed"
As for other so-called scholars who pointed out that the style of "Man Jiang Hong" is inconsistent with Yue Fei's other works, this is actually the case. It's normal.
There are many writers with both styles in the history of literature. The bold masters Su Shi and Xin Qiji also wrote many graceful and beautiful works. Su Dongpo both wrote "The Great River Goes East." "Such a powerful and passionate noun has also written some sentimental ditties. Therefore, we cannot arbitrarily believe that Yue Fei wrote the euphemistic "Xiao Chung Mountain", but he could not write the powerful and passionate "Man Jiang Hong".
There is no need to argue about the author of "Manjianghong". Later, a stele with the poem "Manjianghong" was found in Yue Fei's hometown of Tangyin, Henan. It was noted that the poem "Manjianghong" was written by Song Shaobao, King Wumu of Yue'e. In the spring of the second year of Tianshun, Wang Xishu was born in Xiang. The county annals of Junxian County, Henan Province also record that Tang Yinxiang and Wang Xi wrote "Man Jiang Hong" in the second year of Tianshun (1458) and carved a stone to erect it in Yuewang Temple.
This stele is physical evidence, which strongly refutes the theory that "Manjianghong" was a forgery by later generations in the middle and late Ming Dynasty.
