Notice of Guo Fa [2007] No.99 on Adjusting the Pension Allowance Standards for Some Special Care recipients: The Civil Affairs Departments (bureaus) and Finance Departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the Civil Affairs Bureau and Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are now adjusting the pension allowance standards for some special care recipients. The central government allocates subsidy funds to nine provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Shandong and Liaoning per person per month, and allocates subsidy funds to Hebei, Shanxi, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Hainan 10 provinces per person per month. For Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), subsidy funds will be arranged in 80 yuan per person per month, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps will arrange subsidy funds at 100 yuan per person per month.
