Changde's name comes from which ancient book?

Chunshen Pavilion is the second largest pavilion in Changde Poetry Wall, which was built to commemorate Huang Xie, one of the four gentlemen in the Warring States Period.

Chun Shen Jun (? -before 238), whose real name is Huang Xie, was born in Jiangxia, Chu State in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty. During the Warring States period, the minister of Chu was a famous politician. He, Wei's, Zhao Sheng's, Zhao's, Qi's and Meng Changjun's are also called "Four Childes of the Warring States" and once served as Chu Xiang. Huang Xie is well-informed and eloquent in his study tour. In the first year of Emperor Gaolie of Chu (262 BC), with Huang Xie as the prime minister, Shen Jun was sealed and 12 county was granted to Huaibei.
