It is common to put a blessing on the gate, and do good deeds to receive blessings. There is also a way to seek internal benefits, because the five internal organs harmonize all diseases. Therefore, there is a prescription written by Zhang Jingyue, a doctor in the Ming Dynasty, to mobilize the five internal organs to gather happiness, and named it Five Blessingg Drink.
The human body is an extremely complex unity with the five internal organs as the core, the five internal organs as the main body and the six internal organs as the network to connect the body tissues and organs.
The five internal organs-heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney are the core of human life.
Heart governs blood vessels, lung governs qi, liver governs hair growth, spleen governs transport and transformation, and kidney governs storage of essence, which is an indispensable organ of human body. If you want to live a long and healthy life and get sick less, it is most important to regulate the five internal organs. The main physiological functions of the five internal organs are biochemistry and storage of essence, qi, blood, body fluid and spirit, which are the basis of human life activities. Strengthening the five internal organs means strengthening healthy qi.
Composition:
6 grams of Ginseng (heart), 9 grams of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (kidney), 6 9 grams of Angelica sinensis (liver), 4.5 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala (lung), 3 grams of Glycyrrhiza uralensis (spleen), 400 ml of water and 280 ml of decoction. Wear warm clothes on an empty stomach.
This prescription consists of Yiqi Sijunzi Decoction and Buxue Siwu Decoction.
Sijunzi decoction is prepared from ginseng, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Poria and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
Siwutang is prepared from Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Chuanxiong.
Therefore, this prescription consists of Sanwei Sijunzi Decoction and Erwei Siwu Decoction. Achieve the purpose of supplementing the essence and blood of liver and kidney with angelica, and supplementing the qi of heart, lung and spleen with ginseng, atractylodes macrocephala and licorice. We can set qi as the person pushing the cart and blood as the things in the car. Qi can promote blood circulation, activate qi and blood of the whole body, make qi and blood of the five zang-organs run, and treat qi and blood deficiency of the five zang-organs.
It is easy to suspect that fried atractylodes belongs to the lungs. Isn't Atractylodes macrocephala a good product for invigorating spleen and promoting diuresis? Why does it involve the lungs again?
In fact, Atractylodes macrocephala can tonify lung, liver, kidney and heart.
For example, dyspnea caused by asthma is related to the lungs, which is recorded in Medical Enthusiasm:
A 22-year-old young man has severe dyspnea and drug treatment is ineffective. Atractylodes macrocephala was added to the prescription. After counting the money, when the medicine came out, its asthma came so fast that it could not be eaten at all. After taking it forcibly, one dose of asthma becomes lighter, and it is completely cured after taking several doses. After repeatedly using its prescription to treat asthma syndrome, the effect is better. Therefore, Atractylodes macrocephala is the essence of this antiasthmatic prescription.
Five Blessingg's drink was praised by Hong Ji 'an, a physician in Qing Dynasty, in the book "Microscopy in Deficiency".
Anyone with deficiency of both qi and blood in the five internal organs can be treated at the same time, which is the best of all kings.
This is the main method to treat deficiency of both qi and blood. When the temperature is appropriate, add Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens. If it is suitable for dispersion, add Cimicifuga Chai Ge. It is impossible to make ends meet.
It seems that Five Blessingg Drink is a general prescription, which is broad enough to attack any five zang-organs with deficiency of qi and blood at will. However, if it is targeted, it can be specific to hot flashes, night sweats due to yin deficiency, poor diet, palpitation, nocturnal emission, and even acne without scabbing, lethargy, and fetal movement at 3-5 pm. Wait a minute.
For example, hot flashes in the afternoon are manifestations of dysfunction of zang-fu organs and imbalance of qi, blood and yin and yang. Especially in the daytime, it belongs to Yang, in the morning, it belongs to Yin, and the Yin grows gradually. If the qi and blood of the five internal organs are weak, Yangming (Yang is the sun, bright and aboveboard, including the meridians of the stomach and large intestine) may be trapped, and fever appears like a flaming mountain, and this fever is like ebb and flow, so it can't be heated for a while.
For example, nocturnal emission can be related to qi deficiency, so Sijunzi decoction can also be used to treat nocturnal emission. However, the essence and blood are homologous, and blood deficiency will lead to insufficient spermatogenesis and long-term deficiency of kidney essence, so the essence and qi are not solid and spermatorrhea appears.
I won't list the others one by one. Anyway, we still have to go back to one question: happiness.
Regardless of the five internal organs or qi and blood, normal operation is your blessing. Otherwise, how can the poor lose their health, which is tantamount to adding insult to injury. What about the statement that the loss of health of the rich means that everything is in vain?
Later, Five Blessingg drink was added with 6g of jujube seed and polygala tenuifolia 1- 1.5g to make a blessing drink, which was used to treat deficiency of both qi and blood, but the problem of heart and spleen was more serious. Because jujube kernel nourishes blood and calms the nerves, making polygala tenuifolia can make the heart and kidney communicate well, so Qi Fu Yin has the functions of tonifying kidney, filling marrow, replenishing essence and nourishing heart. Often used to treat Alzheimer's disease.
