The stewed duck in Chongren can be stored for 18 months after being cooked in vacuum, but the earlier it is, the better it is. The best way to eat it is when it is just out of the pot.
Shengzhou Chongren braised duck is a traditional local dish in Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Using local high-quality ducks as the main raw material, the traditional stewing process is combined with modern technology by applying the cooking formula handed down by Chen family/KLOC-0 for more than 50 years. Because of its good color, fragrance and taste, it is known as "the first duck in the south of the Yangtze River".
