Does the Xia Dynasty really exist in the history of China?

When there is a history class in our middle school, the first lesson is to recite the Chinese historical dynasty table. Therefore, in our impression, the Xia Dynasty was the first dynasty in China, and it was because of the existence of the Xia Dynasty that Chinese civilization had a history of 5,000 years. Many foreign scholars believe that the history of China civilization is less than 4,000 years, because its monuments and sites have not been excavated so far in the Xia Dynasty, which means that they think that the Xia Dynasty actually does not exist.

To say that archaeological science is so developed now, even dinosaur and plant fossils have been excavated for hundreds of millions of years, and early human fossils were discovered 40 thousand years ago. Why can't you find any trace in the Xia Dynasty for more than 3,000 years? I don't think this reason is very complicated, because most fossils of dinosaurs or other ancient creatures were discovered by accident, and the remains of the Xia Dynasty were generally deliberately sought. Failure to find it does not prove that such a slavery dynasty does not exist.

Of course, from an archaeological point of view, we must pay attention to evidence. For example, the discovery of bronzes and Oracle Bone Inscriptions fully proved the existence of Shang Dynasty, while the records of Xia Dynasty only existed in some ancient books, including Historical Records, and there were no historical relics about Xia Dynasty in actual archaeological work. However, I think if there were no words in Xia Dynasty, it would be impossible to record them on any tool, and it would be very difficult to find him.

However, domestic archaeologists and historians have never questioned the existence of the Xia Dynasty. It is considered that Yangshao culture and Longshan culture unearthed in the last century are both a kind of Xia civilization, while many stone tools, jade articles and bone horns have been unearthed in the archaeological work of Erlitou culture. According to the detection, these items overlap with the existence of the Xia Dynasty. Therefore, China scholars also believe that this is one of the sites of the Xia Dynasty.

Later, foreign scholars thought it was fake. The evidence is that these so-called Xia Dynasty sites have no historical records at all, which I think is a bit unreasonable. In western history, the famous Trojan actually exists in ancient books like Xia Dynasty. Troy convinced westerners through the interpretation of later literary works, but from the archaeological point of view, there is no trace of Troy at all. So are these so-called western histories also false? In addition, many things, including the ancient Greek civilization, are questionable, which seems more real than the Xia Dynasty in China.
