1. Jingfang Sect originated in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. The founder of the school is the medical sage Zhang Zhongjing. The academic thought of the Jingfang School is based on the syndrome differentiation of the Six Meridians and the Sixth Patriarch's Prescription for Typhoid fever.
2. Highly respect Zhongjing’s medicine. Prescriptions are based on the prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases, with slight additions and subtractions. The prescriptions are relatively fixed, stressing dialectical treatment, emphasizing symptoms, and based on the patient’s performance. Prescriptions are based on symptoms and do not pay much attention to medical theory.
