There are ancient books and case books in the building, and there is a strong scholarly atmosphere everywhere. Ningbo Tianyi Pavilion Tour Guide 1

Ladies and gentlemen, please follow me. Let's visit Zunjing Pavilion, Mingzhou Forest of Steles and Qianjin Village. Well, the three-story building we see now is Zunjing Pavilion, which mainly houses some books given by the emperor, Thirteen Classics and Confucianism. But the Zunjing Pavilion we see now was moved from other places in 1935. Now let's look at this side again. There are many stone tablets here, and there is also a name called Mingzhou Forest of Steles. The forest of steles in Mingzhou, like Zunjingge, was moved from other places. It was in 1933 that Tianyi Pavilion was severely damaged by a typhoon, and the descendants of Tianyi Pavilion were unable to rebuild it. So, with the help of local people in Ningbo, the Tianyi Pavilion Reconstruction Committee was established. Three years later, many buildings were moved from other places and the Tianyi Pavilion we see now was built. However, the original Tianyi Pavilion only consists of three parts: Dongming Caotang, Fan's former residence and Baoshulou. Ok, let's take a closer look at the forest of steles in Mingzhou. Now there are always 173 stone tablets here, so why is it called Mingzhou Forest of Steles? Where did these stone tablets come from? These stone tablets were unearthed when Ningbo demolished the city to build roads. Because Ningbo also had a name of Mingzhou in ancient times, these stone tablets were all unearthed in Mingzhou, so they were called Mingzhou Forest of Steles. We can see that the stone tablets are densely covered with words, but if we look at these words carefully, they are all written very neatly, so we can also see how much effort and sweat the craftsmen spent in carving these stone tablets. When the stone tablet was unearthed, many bricks were unearthed. Those bricks are now on display in Tianyi Pavilion's Qianjin Zhai. Please come with me and have a look.

Ok, now we are in Qianjin Village. We can look at this plaque on it. Thousand represents quantity, and gold represents time. Now please come in with me and have a look. This is the first exhibition hall of Qian Jinzhai, which contains some ancient bricks from the Han and Jin Dynasties unearthed when Ningbo demolished the city to build roads. So the bricks here were originally presented to Tianyi Pavilion by Professor Ma Lian from Peking University. At that time, there were about 1000 pieces, and then there was a revolution. Now, everyone can visit freely.

Please follow me to the second exhibition hall after seeing the first exhibition hall. The following are some books donated by some bibliophiles to Tianyi Pavilion. Tianyige had an original collection of more than 70,000 volumes. After many disasters, only 1.3 million volumes remained. Later, many private book collectors donated their books to Tianyi Pavilion, so up to now, Tianyi Pavilion has more than 300,000 books.

Ladies and gentlemen, please follow me now. After the moon gate, we can see a big garden in front of us. This is the East Garden of Tianyi Pavilion. Next to us, we can see many mountains and forests, and the environment is very good. It can be seen that this garden is a typical Jiangnan garden. You can also see some pavilions, Tieniu, Shi Hu and so on, all of which were moved from other places. Let's look at this side again. Now the pool we see is called Ming pool, so why is it called Dongyuan Ming pool? Because Dongming is the number of Fan Qin. In memory of him, people call this place East Garden and Mingchi.

Ok, now let's look at this place. There is a very beautiful pavilion here. If you look closely, you will find that the pavilion is tenon-mortise structure, and the top can be removed, so it will be moved after it is completely removed. Unfortunately, when we moved here, some places were still damaged. But I don't mind taking pictures here, because there used to be a pavilion called Baie Pavilion. Why is it called Baie Pavilion? That's because in the past, when sacrificing ancestors to kill a hundred geese, it was called Hundred Goose Pavilion.

Now let's go to Ninghuitang in front. There are many famous stone carvings in it. Let's take a look at this piece first. This piece is the Preface to the Collection of Long Ting, a treasure of Tianyi Pavilion left by the Year of the Loong in the Tang Dynasty. There are many famous stone carvings next to it, such as an article by four gifted scholars in the south of the Yangtze River and a thousand words by Xue and his son. These stone carvings are rubbings. What is rubbings? Just to better preserve some famous articles, stick them on stones and then come down instantly according to the words on them. The stone carvings collected here are also carved like that. Please have a look around.

Ladies and gentlemen, please follow me now. Let's go to the mahjong room. This is the mahjong room. Mahjong originated from the ancient Ye Zi Opera, and later a new kind of mahjong was invented by Chen Yu Gate, a native of Ningbo. Mahjong was originally called sparrow, but it is called "Mahjong" according to our Ningbo dialect, so it is called Mahjong, so we can also see that Ningbo is the birthplace of Mahjong. We all know that Ningbo is a coastal city, so many cards in mahjong are related to the sea. Such as a spool, symbolizing the wooden barrel loaded with food on the ship, and the rope symbolizing the rope and fishing net on the ship. For example, in the southeast and northwest, it is white. The southeast and northwest symbolize the sensitivity of the ship to the wind, and the middle symbolizes the pole on the ship. Development refers to the fishermen's desire for wealth, and they all want to leave the ship with a full load, while white cloth refers to the fact that the ship went out for nothing after encountering a big storm. There is also a brief introduction of Chen Yumen, you can have a look. Now, please follow us to the opposite exhibition hall. We can see that there are many mahjong here. In fact, if you look closely, you will find that every mahjong is different. Because they are collected from different countries all over the world. Ok, please go out with me. Let's take a look at the three missing here. The figure in the middle is Chen Yumen, and the two people next to him are Americans and Japanese. There is still a vacancy here. You can sit down and take a photo with Chen Yumen, or touch the card. Maybe it will be convenient to go back and play mahjong. This mahjong hall is the only exhibition hall in China with the theme of mahjong, where all kinds of mahjong cards from all over the world are collected. Now please look at the whole yard. We can find that the floors and walls of the whole yard are also inlaid with mahjong tiles. Well, finally, let's take a look at this place. There are two pillars with a couplet written on them, which is called: The world rises and falls in vain, and human feelings are warm and cold. After walking in a wooden bucket for a long time, Hengli never knew it. This couplet vividly describes people's mentality when playing mahjong.

Ladies and gentlemen, please come with me to visit the sedan chair hall, the Qin temple and Nanyuan. We can see a very beautiful and magnificent sedan chair here. This sedan chair is called Wangong sedan chair. It is a typical representative of our sedan chair in Ningbo, so why is it called Wangong sedan chair? It is said that it takes about 10 thousand workers to build such a sedan chair, so it is named Wangong sedan chair. Ok, let's take a look at Qinzhi Temple again. Let's pay attention to the branch characters of Qin ancestral hall first. It is supposed to be a branch, so why does it become a branch? That's because the owner here is Ann, the son born in the third room of Qin family, so he has no position in Qin family. At that time, he wanted to build an ancestral temple here, but the Qin family didn't agree, so the ancestral temple he built was named Qin's ancestral temple for the purpose of spending Qin money. We can also see a very spectacular stage here. Because this stage is the stage in the ancestral hall, and in front of it is the place where the deceased ancestors watched the play, people can't stand in the middle, but people usually stand on both sides when watching the play. Here we can see that the ancestral temple of Qin is very magnificent. We can guess how much it cost to build. When Qin Jun built this ancestral temple, he spent more than 200,000 silver dollars. Think about it. How much is it equivalent to the current RMB? There are more than17.8 million. At that time, it was covered with platinum, which was very expensive, but many of them were destroyed in the revolution, so now it is painted with Zhu's paint. Ok, here we mainly focus on the top of the stage. This gyro is called chicken coop top, because its shape is very similar to the chicken coop used to raise chickens in Ningbo. This top has two functions, one is to amplify the sound, because there was no Mike Feng before, so the people above rely on a top to increase the volume, and the effect is also very good. The second is to expand the function of space. As we all know, the ancient drama is nothing but a man's play and a martial arts play, and martial arts plays have to do somersaults on it. If the top is flat, it is easy to touch, so this has caused this and played a role in expanding the space. Ok, after seeing this place, let's look at the back. This place is also a part of Qinzhi Temple, but now it has been changed into the exhibition hall of existing libraries in China. You can go in and have a look.

Ok, now let's visit Nanyuan, the last stop of Tianyi Pavilion. In the south, we can see some buildings. There is a prayer room. In the middle, we can see a pool with a rockery. The rockery in Tianyige pool is basically piled up with stones from the seaside, but here it is piled up with stones from Taihu Lake, so this is also a special feature of Nanyuan. There is another building to the north of the pool. Please visit with me. The building we see now is called Shuibei Pavilion, which is named because it is in the north of the pool. But now it has been transformed into an existing local history exhibition hall in China. There are two kinds of books in Tianyige, one is Deng Kelu, which is the data of students in past dynasties. The other is local chronicles, also known as local chronicles, which are books that record local customs, manners and customs, food specialties and so on. So if you want to travel to a place and know about the local conditions and customs, just look for the local chronicles. So here are local chronicles from all over the world. Many local chronicles can be found here, such as Shanghai, Hainan and Yunnan. So far, more than 6730 volumes have been collected here. Everyone is free to visit.

Well, we've all been to Tianyi Pavilion. Next, please follow me this way.
