This can only be modified. If the PDF is a text version, it can be converted into WORD, re-typeset and then printed. If it is a picture version, you can only convert it into a picture format, and then modify the height of the picture so that the width will not change, but if your company logo is bigger on paper, it will be ugly.
If there are not many pages, you can also use Fuxin to edit, select the whole page, and then move down, so that the head will be empty, but the bottom will be close to the edge of the paper, which can be adjusted appropriately.
Better find another way to typeset!
