I am repairing cultural relics in Quzhou, haha, of course, we are not here to repair this cultural relic, but through this activity, my admiration for cultural relics workers arises spontaneously. These cultural relics are national treasures, and many of them need technicians to maintain and repair them. This is not a simple thing, it needs great patience and energy to complete. Let me take you into the Xinhua reporter's "I am repairing cultural relics in Quzhou" activity.
When we came to the museum, the first thing we met was Aunt Cheng, who was warm and friendly. She introduced the general situation of the museum to our little reporter and described our activities today. First, take us to know something about porcelain. Aunt Cheng told us a lot about porcelain. There are so many kinds of porcelain here that I am dazzled. Of course, Aunt Cheng gave us a task: to observe whether these porcelains have cracks. After careful observation, I found that all these cultural relics have tiny cracks, and some of them can't be seen without careful observation. Aunt Cheng told us that these were all repaired by restorers. Wow! These restorers must be very tired because they need to be very focused and careful.
Hmm! The smell of wood came at me. This is the ancient books warehouse on the third floor of the museum. Aunt Cheng helped us open the first cupboard. "wow! Lots and lots of ancient books! " I exclaimed. We can't count the ancient books in the cupboard, including those that have been repaired and some that have not been repaired. Through my aunt's explanation, I learned that repairing these ancient books is a very long and boring thing. It even takes them a whole year to repair a 200-page ancient book. My heart has involuntarily given them a thumbs-up sign.
In order to understand the difficulties in the restoration of ancient books, Aunt Cheng took us into the practical space-to experience the binding of ancient books. We came to the workbench. There are many things in it, such as magnifying glass, paper, cotton paper, printing paper and paste ... I tell you, we also tasted paste, which is made of pure natural rice. Then the teacher explained each step in detail for us, and the young reporters listened attentively and everyone was eager to try. First, you have to make four holes in the black spots on the book. Every piece of paper must be aligned. Then we thread the needle, keep our hands steady and eyes accurate, and aim at the pinhole to go through. "Don't put the needle and thread in the wrong place. You can't put the needle and thread in the first hole, but in the second hole on the right, so you can do it well. " The teacher said the matters needing attention while demonstrating. We sew left and right, turning up and down, from clumsiness at the beginning to dexterity at the back, ah! A book is finally finished! It took us nearly an hour, but it was really not easy. I'm telling you, tying knots is also exquisite.
Through this activity, I feel more deeply that protecting cultural relics is a matter around us. We must be civilized when we watch and appreciate them. It is really difficult to restore cultural relics. Let's cherish these cultural relics and be polite spectators.
