According to the Ministry of Education Examination Center's "Notice on Matters Related to the 2021 Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination" (Teaching According to the Examination Center Letter [2020] No. 115), the interview time for the National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (NTCE) in the second half of 2021 is January 8-9, 2022. The relevant matters related to NTCE interview registration are now announced as follows:
1. Time arrangement
(1) Online registration time: 24:00 from December 9 to 12, 2021
(2) Online review time: December 9, 2021 - 17:00 on December 14th
(3) Online payment time: December 9, 2021 - 24:00 on December 15th

2. Application conditions and precautions
(1) Application conditions
Those who meet the following conditions can register for the NTCE interview in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region :
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love education, and have good Ideological and moral character;
3. Have taken the NTCE written examination, and have passed the scores in all subjects and are within the validity period;
4. Persons registered in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; hold a residence permit in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and are in Valid persons with registered residence in other provinces and cities; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in Inner Mongolia and hold a residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents or a mainland travel pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents or a five-year travel pass for Taiwan residents to the mainland; active military personnel stationed in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and active-duty armed police; third-year or above undergraduates (including junior college students), junior college students in the graduation year, and graduate students in full-time colleges and universities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region;

Persons whose teaching qualifications have been revoked shall not register to take the exam within 5 years; those who have been deprived of political rights, or have intentionally committed crimes and been subject to criminal penalties of fixed-term imprisonment or more, shall not register to take the exam. The first step is to register. The third step is to fill in the examination information. This interview is set up in 6 examination areas: Hohhot City, Baotou City, Bayannur City, Chifeng City, Tongliao City, and Hulunbuir City.
Candidates can choose the nearest examination area. Candidates who apply for secondary vocational professional courses and internship guidance courses are only allowed to apply in the examination areas of Hohhot City and Tongliao City. V. Interview implementation
(1) Assessment content:
The interview follows the "Standards for the Qualification Examination of Primary, Secondary and Kindergarten Teachers" and the "Examination Outline" (Interview Part), which mainly assesses applicants’ basic teaching qualities such as professional ethics, psychological quality, instrumentation, verbal expression, and thinking quality, as well as basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation, and teaching evaluation.
(2) Interview method:
The interview adopts structured interview, situation simulation, etc., through lesson preparation (or activity design), trial lecture (or demonstration), defense (or statement) ) and other steps. The interview assessment uses the interview assessment system uniformly developed by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education.
(3) Interview procedures:
1. Waiting for the exam: Candidates should arrive at the examination location on time with their interview admission ticket, ID card and relevant materials required for epidemic prevention and control, and enter the waiting room. Waiting for the exam in the exam room.
2. 7. The scoring results will not be announced on site.
(4) The interview questions for the teacher qualification examination of professional courses and practical guidance courses in secondary vocational schools are separate questions, and the assessment system is not used to select questions.
(5) Interview score: The total interview score is 100 points. The candidate's score is calculated by adding up the weighted scores of each sub-item (the weight of each item is in accordance with the "Exam Syllabus").
6. Treatment of Violations
Examination violations shall be dealt with in accordance with the "Measures for Handling National Educational Examination Violations" (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China).
7. Interview result inquiry and qualification certificate

8. Other matters needing attention
(1) During the period of normalized prevention and control of the new coronavirus epidemic, candidates must abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in the autonomous region and the city where the examination area is located, and take the examination as required. Monitor your body temperature for the first fourteen days and fill out the "Commitment Letter for Candidates' Safety Examination During the Epidemic" (see attachment).
