1. Hard binding
Hard binding is to staple printed documents together with a stapler. This method is simple and suitable for documents with fewer pages, such as documents with less than 20 pages. Even if the stapler is used for pressing, the nail is easy to loosen, which is not conducive to cleaning and beauty. It is recommended to use it when there is less printing paper.
2. Soft binding
Soft binding mainly includes punching binding and plastic binding. Ring-piercing binding is to drill one or more holes in printing paper, and then insert metal rings in the holes to form a book. Plastic binding is to stick a plastic sheet on the printing paper, pour some glue on the edge of the plastic sheet, and then clip the plastic sheet on the edge of the document to form a wrapping effect.
Step 3: Adhesive binding
Binding is a relatively durable binding method. By cutting the sticky surface of printing paper, the document is pressed into the form of a book by the power of heat and pressure. The use of binding can effectively prevent the separation of printing paper and avoid the occurrence of page drop, but the cost is high because of the need to use special equipment and fine processing technology.
When choosing the binding method, we need to comprehensively consider the number of pages, form, appearance and other factors of the document. At the same time, for long-term preservation documents, it is recommended to use binding to ensure the integrity and sustainability of the documents.
