6. Pass the thread at both ends through the hole in the middle, fasten it, hold it tightly, and tie the knot.
Requirements and methods of paper binding;
1. After the invigilator unpacks the paper bag, count the number of questions and answers. Each test paper bag contains 30 test questions and 30 answer sheets, which are divided into A and B, each with 15 copies. If the other two sealing covers and two bag seals have insufficient copies or the wrong type, report to the person in charge of the review immediately.
2. The invigilator will distribute the test questions and answer sheets 5 minutes in advance. It should be noted that the types of test questions and answer sheets issued to each candidate must be the same. Candidates should be instructed to fill in the name, admission ticket number, seat number and other information completely in the answer sheet binding line, and check them one by one.
3. After the answer sheet is recycled, it is necessary to separate the A and B volumes, arrange the answer sheet according to the test number from small to large, and then bind the A and B volumes into two volumes with white lines. When binding, first bind a book with 2-3 stitches on the left edge of the paper, then wrap the cover, seal the binding along the binding line, and seal it with a rope seal.
4. The bound papers shall be checked and accepted by the person in charge of the examination. After confirming that there are no errors such as inversion, reverse loading and information leakage of candidates, the invigilator puts the two volumes A and B into the original test paper bag and seals the bag. When sealing the mouth of the bag, only apply glue to the sealing part. Finally, the invigilator will fill in the required contents on the bag surface completely.
5. After the test questions are recycled, count the copies and bind them with a stapler without bagging. Archived by each test center college.
