Brief introduction of Hubei University College of Liberal Arts
The College of Literature of Hubei University, formerly known as the Chinese Department of Hubei University, has a history of more than 80 years and is one of the earliest departments of Hubei University. A large number of influential experts and scholars such as Zhu Zuyan, Zhang Guoguang, Li, Yu Yuan, Zhu Min Che and Zou Xianmin once taught in the Chinese Department. The College of Literature was established in September 2003, with the Chinese Department, the Department of Journalism and Communication, and the Institute of Ancient Books as the main body. 20 13 The Department of Journalism and Communication was separated from the College and the School of Journalism and Communication of Hubei University was established. The College of Literature is composed of China Language and Literature Department, the Institute of Ancient Books Arrangement and the Chinese Magazine of Middle School. There are 62 faculty members, including 55 full-time teachers and 7 administrative assistants. There are nearly 800 full-time undergraduates and more than 200 master's and doctoral students.
