But if the teacher makes me feel uncomfortable today, such as assigning tasks before work, I will only translate the meaning in the simplest way, and I will never think about whether it is in place, so the quality of work will naturally not reach the best. Naturally, if the boss loves his employees, they will work hard. If you want to feel that employees are serious about their work because they pay a little money, then this boss is a loser. In fact, this theorem also applies to being a leader and a community cadre.
It is not easy to make money. If you want to get paid, you must do something. Mr. Zhang calls from time to time and has some important emails to translate. A phone call lasts for half an hour, and then it will upset my original plan. When I interrupt temporarily, I must finish the translation first. But in the company, although there are also literary orders, the business is mainly technical and legal. Many times, what customers need is clear and concise translation, not articles that need to be carefully tasted. Although I have done some part-time jobs in the past, it is mainly a way to earn living expenses after school and get to know the society by the way. This job itself doesn't require any professional knowledge, and I seldom put myself into it. However, in the internship of Yilin, this professional company let me find the feeling of really stepping into society.

In fact, the most important thing is English. I'm almost a junior, but I still have problems with my pronunciation and intonation. My tutor also said in public that my pronunciation is very rustic, which is embarrassing. Furthermore, regarding the translation of Japanese nuclear power plants, because the original text is a news report, the translation should be elegant and concise, which makes me realize that the styles of different genres should also change, and sometimes it is impossible to coordinate the simplicity and completeness of translation. The last one is the policy of the Central People's Government on the protection and development of Tibetan culture. The content is easy to understand, but in the process of translation, there are obvious syntactic differences between Chinese and English, that is, English sentences are changeable and complex, using complex sentences, while Chinese sentences are mostly clauses.
