1. Implement the relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards of the state and the administrative department in charge of the project manager position, and implement various management systems of the company.
2. Authorize the establishment of the project department, determine the organization of the project department, choose to hire management personnel, determine the responsibilities of management personnel according to the requirements of the quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system, and conduct regular assessment, evaluation, rewards and punishments.
3. Be responsible for implementing the company's quality/environment/occupational health and safety policies and overall objectives in this project, and presiding over the formulation of project quality/environment/occupational health and safety objectives.
4. Be responsible for the whole process and overall management of the construction project, and organize the formulation of various management systems of the project department.
5. Strictly implement the contract signed with the construction unit and the "Project Management Objectives Responsibility Letter" signed with the company, control the phased objectives and ensure the realization of the project objectives.
6. Responsible for organizing the preparation of project quality plan, project management implementation plan or construction organization design, organizing basic work such as engineering design change, budget adjustment and claim, and cooperating with the company to do a good job of inspection and valuation.
7. Responsible for the optimal allocation and dynamic management of production factors such as manpower, materials, mechanical equipment, capital, technology and information of construction projects, and actively promote the application of new technologies, new processes and new materials.
8. Strict financial system, establish cost control system, strengthen cost management, and do a good job in economic analysis and accounting.
9. Actively carry out market research, actively collect engineering construction information, and participate in project tracking, public relations, regional market development and rolling development of the follow-up projects of this project.
10. Strengthen on-site civilized construction, find and properly handle emergencies in time.
