Organizer of Zhang Zhidong's Complete Works

Yuan, born in 1929, is a professor in the history department of Hebei Normal University. He is the author of Modern History of China, Biography of Li Hongzhang, Difficult Transition Course and Modern History of China (three volumes), and has published more than 70 papers. He has successively won the titles of Hebei Model Worker, National Model Worker of Education System, the State Council Government Allowance Expert, Provincial Excellent Expert and People's Teacher Medal. The achievements have won many awards at or above the provincial and ministerial levels.

Li Bingxin, 194 1, from Xianghe, Hebei. 1968 graduated from philosophy department of Hebei university, and 1983 was transferred to Hebei provincial government.
