Lu Xun's youth;
In the seventh year of Guangxu (188 1), he was born in Zhou Jia, Xintaimen, Dongchangfang, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, on September 25th (the third day of August in the fourth year of the solar calendar). Young name Zhang, long root, Chang Geng, scientific name Zhou Zhangshou. In the 18th year of Guangxu (1892), he went to San Tan to reflect the moon, studied in Shou Jason Wu and painted after school. Establish friendship with Zhang.
In the 19th year of Guangxu (1893), his grandfather Zhou was imprisoned for something, his father was seriously ill, and his family took refuge in the countryside. Every time I go in and out of quality shops and pharmacies for my father, I get the cold shoulder.

In April of the 24th year of Guangxu (1898), he entered the Nanjing Naval Academy and changed his name to Zhou Shuren. In February 65438, my uncle urged me to take an examination of the county seat. After the senior high school entrance examination, I stopped taking the government exam on the grounds that my fourth brother was ill and continued to study in Nanjing.
In the 25th year of Guangxu (1899), he transferred to the Mining and Metallurgy School affiliated to Jiangnan Lushi School to study mining. During this period, I was exposed to Huxley's theory of evolution, which had a certain influence on his later thoughts. Lu Xun is a cultural giant in the 20th century. He has made great contributions to novels, essays, woodcuts, modern poems, old-style poems, translation of famous books, collation of ancient books, modern academics and so on. As a great founder of modern literature in China, Lu Xun created a new form of China's novels with his few novels.
Academic achievements:
As an academic researcher, Lu Xun used western literary concepts to study China's classical novels and wrote A Brief History of China's Novels, which not only ended the era of "China's novels have no history", but also created a typical work in the history of literature and "opened countless laws for the study of later generations".
Guo Moruo called it, together with Wang Guowei's History of Song and Yuan Opera, a double gem in the modern academic history of China. Lu Xun collated dozens of ancient books, such as Ancient Fiction Hook Shen, Ji, Han Portrait Collection, and Huiji County Ancient Books Miscellaneous Collection, which left a great wealth for later generations to study classical literature.
