1. As a student who just entered the university, I carried out social practice activities in the winter vacation according to the instructions of the General Branch of the Communist Youth League. I think social practice has enabled us college students to get in touch with society, different people and things, enrich our experience, increase our knowledge, exercise ourselves from practice and think about life.
Second, my winter internship unit is a housekeeping company. I worked as a propagandist and cleaning technician in the company. I started as a propagandist, but later I changed to a cleaning technician because I wanted to experience different jobs and learn different experiences.
Thirdly, as a student worker of cleaning technicians, we only trained for one day and learned about the working process. They mainly learn to clean glass and start training to clean glass. Our master said that there are two kinds of glass cleaners according to different glasses, one is a single-layer single-sided glass cleaner and the other is a double-layer double-sided glass cleaner. Their main difference is the difference in magnetic field strength.
Fourth, the master said that this glass cleaner was invented by a farmer. Although the principle is simple, it is a very practical invention, which deserves your group of college students to think about. Then, we began to practice cleaning the glass, which seemed simple, but after practicing all afternoon, my arms hurt, but I was really happy to see the bright glass we cleaned.
Through this practical activity, I met different people and things, made a few friends from other schools, improved my ability, increased my knowledge, and let me know the importance of interpersonal relationship. Dealing with this kind of interpersonal relationship requires a lot of skills, depending on how you grasp it. In addition, in communication, some people and things cannot be changed. We should learn to adapt and find different ways to deal with them.
6. Learn to be independent. At home, we have family members who care about us, teachers and classmates who help us at school, and friends in society. However, in this economic society, we learn to be independent, learn to be self-reliant, learn to bear when encountering things, and learn to unite and cooperate. In a word, improvisation is the basis for us to handle everything well.
