Content introduction:

The History of Peasant War in the Late Ming Dynasty is the first monograph of Mr. Gu Cheng. Gu Cheng began to study the history of peasant war in the late Ming Dynasty from 1977. 1982 Written History of Peasant Wars in the Late Ming Dynasty, published in 1984. The first edition has been out of stock for many years. The history of peasant war in the late Ming Dynasty was from the outbreak of peasant war to the failure of Dashun regime and Daxi regime. According to the historical data (local chronicles only refer to nearly a thousand volumes), the author has repeatedly put forward the theory of non-publication, especially on the so-called "hooliganism", "feudalization of the rebel army" and "the real reason for Li Zicheng's defeat in Beijing". In addition, the falsification of Li Yan and the deconstruction of "Xingyang Conference" are not only cautious but also interesting. After the first edition, Gu Cheng personally revised the mistakes and omissions in the History of Peasant War in the Late Ming Dynasty, and made a large-scale supplement to the list of local officials of Dashun regime attached at the end of the book. On the occasion of the second edition of the History of Peasant War in the Late Ming Dynasty, the above contents will be presented completely; And in the form of chronological order, I attached a short article by the author, my academic experience. With the consent of my family, I chose some photos and put them at the beginning of the volume as a souvenir.
