Architectural layout of Sakya Temple

Sakya North Temple was built along the north bank of Zhongqu River. Once upon a time, the Sakya North Temple, such as Gurongsengyabupo Chapter, Senkangjingba (Old Palace), Qupo Chapter of Nuqumeizengka Hall (Le Sheng Palace), Xitogbima Hall (Xituocuoqin Hall), Mazulakang of Wu Zining, Gu Song Hall of Samaranda of Jian Zihao, Dekepo Chapter (also translated as "Dequepo Chapter"), Langerakan and Lacan of Du Kang were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. By the beginning of 2 1 century, Senkangningba had been restored to its original appearance, with three floors, and the bottom floor was famous for Jiayang practice cave and the magical water in it.

Three of the four branches in Los Angeles are located in the North Temple of Sakya Temple:

Fine stripping printing: Fine stripping printing is a rectangular quadrilateral with a length of 56.6m, a width of 40m and a height of four layers * * *16.3m.. It turned out that Zhang was the official residence of Basiba in His Holiness Sakya, when he was in charge of130,000 Wei Zang. Later, it was always the seat of the government of Sakya dynasty, and eventually became one of the four major tensions.

Renqingang Tension: It is a large-scale building in the era of Brazil and Pakistan, and it is one of the four major tensions.

Duke Tension: It is a large-scale building in the era of Brazil and Pakistan, and it is one of the four major tensions. Sagainan Temple is located on the flat dam of Mazhong Zama on the south bank of Zhongqu River. Legend has it that when choosing the site of Nansi Temple, monks and believers agreed that building the temple must have the functions of defense and fire prevention, so they set up artillery at the top of Benbo Mountain and Zhang Pu in Bashing to fire stones at the foot of the mountain. As a result, a stone landed on the left side of the main hall door, and a stone landed in the center of the main hall square, and suddenly the spring water gushed out. Everyone thought it was a symbol of good luck and decided to build a temple here. 1268, Sakya Sanbu, the first Jan Benzien of Sakya (date of birth and death unknown) designed and built the Lacan Hall on the basis of Jieri Lacan, which was later expanded by Sakya Jan Benzien (CEO of Sakya regime in Yuan Dynasty, also known as "Wu Si Zangbenqin") until the ninth Benqin Allen (date of birth and death unknown) was in office.

The plane of the South Hall of Sakya Temple is square, with a length of 214m from east to west and a width of 210m from north to south, covering an area of 44,940m2. The building combines the architectural styles of China, India and Tibet, and its layout is like a mandala. The inner wall of Lacan Qin Mo Hall is 3m wide and 8m high. There are 3-4 storeys high watchtowers at the four corners of the inner wall, and watchtowers are built in the middle of each side of the inner wall. There are no doors on the south, north and west sides of the inner city wall, but there is a door in the middle of the east. The outer wall is called "Mayangcheng", which is a "Hui"-shaped earth wall with a low and thin wall. There are two gates in the east, one is big and the other is small. The outer wall is adjacent to Central canal river in the north, and there are moats and trenches outside the east, west and south outer walls, with a width of 8 meters.

During the archaeological work from 2005 to 2007, sheep and horse walls, moats and trenches in the east, south and west, and two ruins of city gates in the east were mainly cleaned and excavated. Ma Yang city wall and moat surround the inner city of the South Temple of Sakya Temple. The wall of Ma Yang is directly built on the inner side of the moat trench, which forms a three-dimensional defense system together with the inner wall.
