We adhere to the principle of inheritance and innovation, highlight the construction of basic cultural facilities in rural areas, further strengthen the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, and carry out various forms of cultural activities, so that the cultural undertakings in our town will develop in a healthy and upward direction.
1. Organize villagers to carry out colorful cultural activities during the Spring Festival, and hold a lantern festival during the Lantern Festival, which enriches people's holiday life. On the first day of the first month in Wangzhaihe Village, our town participated in the Spring Festival activities in Zhengzhou and won a special contribution award. The Lantern Festival Cultural Courtyard and the Folk Art Show both won prizes.
2. "Come if you want to sing on the big stage of opera fans". The joyful atmosphere attracted the majority of opera fans to participate. On Sunday, melodious songs were sung over Baizhai Town, and songs about new rural construction were sung, with smiles lingering in people's hearts. It fully demonstrated the fruitful achievements in politics, economy and culture of our town, further strengthened the construction of spiritual civilization, promoted the in-depth development of mass cultural activities, and created a positive, United and harmonious social atmosphere in the town.
3. Healthy development of cultural compound construction. With the theme of strengthening the construction of rural cultural positions and enriching rural cultural life, we will continuously meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers and actively promote the construction of rural cultural courtyards. At present, the construction of four new rural cultural complexes in Donggang, Gou Wei, Zhaigou and Wangzhaihe has all passed the municipal acceptance. Chen Guangwu, Zhoujiazhai, Youfangzhuang, Shigou, Baizhai, Heiyugou, Zhaigou, Gaomiao, Liutang, Heiyugou and Huangdiling 1 1 Village cultural compound construction has completed the project establishment and preliminary basic work. In order to lay a solid cultural foundation, Gou Wei, Chen Guangwu, Yao Xi and other 13 villages strive to be included in the cultural information sharing project. It has successively established projects for Liutang, Heiyugou, Youfangzhuang and Shigou 10 villages, striving for fitness equipment and enriching farmers' fitness life.
4. In order to satisfy farmers' reading, reading and learning, improve farmers' popular science and entrepreneurial skills, and improve farmers' quality in an all-round way, we have completed the construction of farmer's bookstores in five villages, namely Donggang, Gou Wei, Zhaigou, Wangzhaihe and Chen Guangwu, and are preparing to accept the acceptance by the Provincial Press and Publication Administration. The project declaration of Zhoujiazhai, Youfangzhuang, Shigou, Baizhai, Liutang, Heiyugou, Zhaigou and Gaomiao 13 villages has been completed.
5. Digital movies enter villages and households, enriching farmers' spiritual and cultural life. This year, the town cultural service center has trained digital film projectionists many times, so that people in 23 administrative villages in the town can watch a high-definition digital film for free every month without leaving home. At present, the whole town has shown the digital film 138, which has enriched the spiritual and cultural life of farmers.
6. The centralized rectification of Internet cafes has achieved remarkable results. This year, guided by the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development and the construction of a harmonious society, and in accordance with the requirements of banning illegal activities and strengthening supervision, we have conscientiously implemented the Regulations on the Administration of Internet Service Places, cooperated with the departments of industry and commerce, public security and telecommunications to do a good job in the management of Internet cafes, strengthened the rectification and management of Internet cafes, standardized the management order of network culture, investigated and cracked down on illegal business practices, effectively managed the network culture market and established a standardized and healthy network culture environment. Established a long-term mechanism to create "green Internet cafes", "civilized Internet cafes" and "safe Internet cafes".
7. Do a good job in the general survey of intangible cultural heritage clues, explore and sort out cultural resources, and lay a foundation for the development of tourism industry. Under the leadership of the town party committee and government, and with the strong support from all walks of life, the rich cultural resources of Baizhai have been excavated and sorted out. There are 602 clues in the general survey of intangible cultural heritage in our town, including the imperial culture dominated by Moqi Mountain, the landscape culture dominated by Qinyuan, the temple culture dominated by Guang Lin Temple and Shui Sheng Temple, and the preparatory cave dominated by Liutang Party Branch. 10 1. 8. Literary and artistic undertakings have flourished and the cultural industry has developed rapidly. The Henan Opera Ode to Qishan and the Henan Opera Tianhe Story, which reflect major historical events in China, have been published.
