2). Punching and cutting. After the parts are unfolded into shapes in one or more steps, the flat structure is punched by a punch. Its advantages are short working hours, high efficiency and low processing cost, and it is often used in mass production. With the cooperation of the die, the CNC punch can punch out some special hollowing effects. The CNC punch HP-2500 used by our company can process aluminum plates with the width within 1530.
3) CNC engraving machine cutting. When cutting with a CNC engraving machine, you must first write a CNC machining program. Is to use programming software to write the drawn expansion diagram into a program that can be recognized by CNC machining tools. Let it follow these procedures step by step on an aluminum plate to punch out the structural shape of its flat part. Pay attention to how to make typesetting more reasonable and save materials when processing. Our CNC engraving machine can process aluminum plates in the range of 2m*3.5m.
Step 3 punch. That is, punch the corresponding holes on the aluminum plate according to the drawing, so as to install the angle code during assembly. Pay attention to whether the hole spacing and hole spacing are correct during processing.
