Chairman Horqin is Li He, whose ancestral home is Sichuan. He once worked in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Inner Mongolia, and was the general manager of Hohhot New Sanweiniu Company. Later, the company reorganized its shareholding system and established Inner Mongolia Horqin Cattle Industry Co., Ltd., among which Xinsanwei is one of the shareholders.
The current general manager is Wang, former director of management department of Yili Group in Inner Mongolia, and a native of Hohhot.
