The device has thick ears, folded edges and a convergent mouth. The abdomen is wide, the abdominal wall is oblique and drooping, the bottom curvature is small and nearly flat, with three hooves and three feet. The neck is decorated with curves, the middle is decorated with leaf edges, the abdomen is decorated with wavy lines, the upper part of the foot is decorated with gluttonous lines, and the lower part is decorated with two convex strings.

There are 20 lines of 207-word inscriptions on the inner wall of the container, which record that Wu led the southern and eastern tribes to invade the eastern and southern territories of the Zhou Dynasty and ordered the Sixth Division of the West and the Eighth Division of the Yin Dynasty to conquer. The creator was ordered by the Wu Palace to lead an army to war, and captured the nameless queen alive. Inscriptions are important historical materials to study the relationship between the Western Zhou Dynasty and the southern Huai Yi and the eastern Yi, as well as the military system of the Western Zhou Dynasty.
