Cangzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province, located in the Heilonggang River Basin in the southeast of Hebei Province and the east of Hebei Plain, with the latitude of 37 29 ′ ~ 38 57 ′ north and the longitude of115 42 ′ ~17 50 ′ east. It is bordered by Bohai Sea in the east, Tianjin and Langfang in the north, Baoding and Hengshui in the west and southwest, and Binzhou and Dezhou in Shandong Province across Zhang Weixin in the south.
Cangzhou is located in the Haihe River basin, with many rivers in the territory, and is known as "under Jiujiang". There are three river systems flowing into Cangzhou in the upper reaches, which run through the southeast and northwest and crisscross. More than 20 rivers flow into the sea at 9 places, and many wetlands and huge reed sea maintain a good ecological environment, which is the migration stop of more than 200 kinds of migratory birds.
Animal resources
20 17 July, the government official website showed that there were 73 families of wild animals 12 in Cangzhou, mainly including mammals, birds, insects and fish. There are more than 480 kinds of animal resources, mainly livestock and poultry, and mules, horses, cows, donkeys, pigs, sheep, chickens and rabbits are widely raised. Cangxian's "Bohai donkey" is an excellent variety promoted by the state. Cangxian County and Qingxian County have successively been listed as goatskin production bases by the state.
